  1. i prefer a multi-team deal where we end up with all 32 1st round picks. commence one year rebuild plan
  2. i agree, i don’t see where anyone thinks WR is on our list of needs. QB, OL, MLB top my list.
  3. kind of harsh to label someone a dud as a rookie. most skill positions need a couple of years to adjust and really contribute. Marshall had basically the same stats as 89 his first year, with a much deeper WR corps to fight through for touches.
  4. i wonder if Rod Brind’Amour can coach the foosballs, because dayam.
  5. i’ll take fields over anyone available this year
  6. he has a lot of work to do to surpass the lameness of Foxy’s lame duck final season. that was an epic level of incompetence.
  7. you have to be a really tough dude to stomp on someone’s head after they are lying on the ground. where the hell was hotel security in all this? they saw it happen live. vegas is always watching.
  8. what has he done to make you think he is?
  9. everyone on here was already giving it to him, too. sounds like it’s not that far off for him to be confident about it.
  10. i think bill parcells is available
  11. then they aren’t expected to be a franchise level QB
  12. top 3 picks last year were QBs. 9ers gave up the farm to move up to #3 for lance. if you want a QB who is sought after, he won’t be there at 6. we don’t have a second to use this year, so we have to use next years picks to move up, which are at a discounted value. im not saying we do it, just setting expectations. we likely won’t get one of the top 3 QBs at 6, and will probably need to use next years 1st to get one.
  13. based on the move the 9ers made to get lance, howell and willis aren’t safe at 6. we may have to give up next years 1 also to move up a few spots.
  14. run defense forced KC to be one dimensional sacks were due to outstanding coverage by the secondary. mahomes had all day, but no one to throw to. both were on 3rd down, so there was no point in throwing the ball away, he just kept extending looking for anything, but the defense held. pick was a bomb on 3rd and long, and was essentially a punt. near pick was a bad pass.
  15. arguably the better QB lost the game. this game was won by the team with the better defense, not the better QB.
