    This thread is sad. I can't imagine why anyone would defend someone that beat a women. If Hardy wasn't famous and rich, he would almost certainly be in jail right now versus complaining about a 10 game suspension that still allows him to make $5 million.

    610 is awful. I prefer the guy out of Winston Salem and his name escapes me at the moment. He's a retired lawyer and I feel has honest reporting rather than trying to break every story. I'm a big fan of Cowherd.

    He's a OL starter in the NFL the Panthers essentially got for nothing. Can't imagine why anyone has an issue with this.

    Significant upgrade over Cotchery. Jennings had a rookie QB last year that didn't come into his own until the 2nd half of the season.

    The percentages show that 75% of 1st round picks become starters and 50% in the second round. You have to hit on these picks and the rest is gravy if you will. The good teams regularly hit on the later round picks and bad teams don't.

    Well said and some people just don't get it. I'd love to keep Hardy, but I'd never make him a franchise player.

    If true pretty poor by the Panthers and very surprising. I can assure you there is more to this and we as fans will never hear. Timing is poor and classless by DW. He was one of my favorite players but his attitude this past two years has been tiring.

    I don't care how talented Hardy is, this guy is a liability. For the right price, you take the chance but no way would I sign this guy to a long term deal until he proves he has grown up.

    Why the Super Bowl is not on Saturday is beyond me. I think ratings would increase because people could have parties and not have to worry about work.
