  1. Ah yes, "Richard Cranium" claims the intellectual high ground. Every Richard Cranium I see on Twitter is an anti-mask, anti-intellectual nutjob whose shoe size eclipses his IQ. Glad to see you fit in with them, though.
  2. Again, someone who chooses to call themselves what they perceive to be a clever name for "dickhead" should not be doling out even the slightest bit of judgment.
  3. RIchard Cranium -- how original. You are definitely the only person to ever use that name, it's so clever and it totally lets everyone know that not only are you cool and smart, you're also aware to how much of a dick you are and you steer into the skid
  4. I hear you, but that's also going on the assumption that all 48 players are actually NFL-caliber, which couldn't be further from the truth. There's at least six NFL versions of Cory Higgins in that 48, and probably closer to 10-15.
  5. The 22 best college players in the nation would beat the Panthers' 22 by multiple touchdowns 10 out of 10 times. Don't let the Scott Fowler "voice of reason" types influence your opinion. All five of Bama's offensive linemen are better than the Panthers'. Ditto for their defensive backfield, outside linebackers, tight ends, running backs and defensive tackles.
  6. Bama by 19. Panthers cannot defend the run game, and Bama's offensive and defensive lines are far better than the Panthers' (even with Burns and Reddick -- their DTs are monstrous). That's the thing people aren't considering. You could switch just the coaches and the outcome's probably different. Maybe.
  7. Worth noting that you made the point that Cam is our starter. May be eating those words very soon, based on what Rhule says and does.
  8. Rhule is worse than Bobby Petrino, because Petrino's damage lasted less than a full season and he was not given autonomous control of the roster and staff. Rhule is worse than Hue Jackson, because he won nearly as many games in his first season as Rhule will have in his entire career. Talent is a problem. This is not a top-32 football roster in the country. There's no way -- especially since Rhule gets rid of the players who are good. Enjoy those DJ Moore, McCaffrey and Burns jerseys while you can, because they'll be on new teams within a year and change (three months for Reddick). It's Jeremy Chinn and a mediocre college team around him.
  9. I'm quite convinced this is an 8-4 college team at best, the type who loses the Sun Bowl by 17 because they mailed it in in mid-November (like this team does every year!). Basically, Central Michigan is a mirror image.
  10. No one in their right mind would take the Panthers' starting OL against Alabama's starting OL. There's no comparison. Bama's got first-and second-day picks at all five spots. The Panthers have one, potentially two NFL-caliber players at that position group, which would be a major advantage for the team already boasting the superior coaching staff.
  11. Grown men who couldn't get a scholarship offer from Alabama -- and many of whom are only 1-3 years older. Just some context. You're also looking at arguably the GOAT college coach against the worst coach in NFL history.
  12. You might think that, but in fact, they are that bad. I'd pick at least 3 of the 4 CFP teams by a touchdown. Even if it's a defensive struggle, Darnold's pick-six makes the difference.
  13. Cam would. But he wouldn't be starting in this hypothetical scenario. Darnold is Rhule's guy as long as he's able to walk.
  14. Get ready for Year 3 and 0-17! Great seats still available!
  15. In most circumstances, the answer to an NFL vs. college team question is "of course not, the NFL team is comprised of veterans who were the best at their positions in college." However, this is not the case with the sadsack Carolina Panthers, a team full of youth, inexperience and apathy. I'd pick Bama by 13 points. First off, the Panthers' offensive line would get decimated by Alabama, and Darnold's 40-percent completion percentage would eventually lead to a pick-six. I'd expect the Panthers to rush for as many as 5 yards against the Tide, and Bryce Young's biggest concern would be tearing a muscle while laughing at the defense. He could hand it off for 25 yards or drop back, count to 10 and hit his man uncovered. That's only the on-field side. Coaching personnel-wise, Nick Saban would have an absolute field day. You'd see Rhule going for it on 4th and 7 from his own 35 multiple times. Now that I think about it, give me Alabama and 19 points.
  16. Outside of Carruth there's never been a Panther I hate more than Rhule. Although, I gotta hand it to Robby Anderson -- he's in my all-time top 5 most-disliked Panthers, too. 90% of the team is unlikable.
  17. Cam’s first two snaps were the highlights.
  18. A mixture of both. Can’t develop the only good pick in two years.
  19. It’s gotta be nice for Hornets fans who see us win a blowout game at home. Every one I attend is a barnburner decided in the last 30 seconds, lol
  20. Rhule and Fitterer can’t draft. They had all those picks and not one single impact player came out of the whole thing. Got a decent RB2 and a CB2 who couldn’t stay on the field, plus a slew of XFL-caliber players. The 2021 draft will go down as one of the two or three worst in franchise history — basically 2011, if there was no Cam
  21. Matt Rhule has 8 blowout losses (14 points or more) in less than two seasons. Ron Rivera had 9 blowout losses in his last five seasons combined.
  22. 2001 team wins 17-6, 2010 team wins 6-3. But don’t worry, the 2022 team will make the 2008 Lions look like the 1972 Dolphins. Longest losing streak in NFL history will eventually belong to Tepper. Hope he’s proud of it.
  23. Panthers will not even score a point next week, let alone come within two touchdowns of winning. This team’s next win won’t be until 2023 at the earliest.
