If every player overachieved and ignored his coaches, I could see this team finishing with a record as good as 2-15, but the odds are staggeringly against such a thing. You're looking at at least a dozen losses by more than 14 points.

I'd like to know why he doesn't care about winning, and values unqualified people because they remind them of himself (scam artist, short-order cook, etc.)
