Scott Fitterer absolutely deserves a large helping of blame for the miserable failures he and Rhule cooked up. Fitterer pined for Darnold and gave up so many picks, he had to trade one excellent player to recoup them. Then he traded another excellent player to move up, only to move down and pick the fourth- or fifth-best QB in the draft. Now there's only one excellent player left, and he's gotta go soon, because his talent is stinking up the roster.
