I wouldn't worry about the playoffs. You have to win 3-4 of your last 8 games in a season to be a playoff team, not 1 or 0.

Every year: - sign a retread free agent QB to a mega-deal - avoid giving said QB the slightest bit of competition/depth - overpay for 2-3 chronic underachievers in FA - trade a 3rd-round pick for a chronic underachiever - don't prioritize the offensive line at all - have a winning record by Week 5 - make 2-3 trades, proclaim yourself in "Win Now" mode - lose at least 7 games in a row - retread QB bombs hilariously - lose every game in December - win exactly 5 games at the end of the season

I respect that feeling, OP. I'm picking a new team next year unless Rhule gets fired. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever to support this reeling pile of garbage. There's no heart, energy, intelligence, strategy or talent.

I'm not watching one second of this until Rhule is fired. There's F1, Hornets and Duke.

That's how it'll be moved. He'll say he wants his stadium, government and tax payers say they want a team that can win as many as 6 games in a season, and he uses Charlotte as leverage to bring the NFL back to St. Louis. Good riddance.

Maybe play him when he's healthy, this is 6 games now that he's missed because Rhule uses him as a job-saving excuse first, as a RB second and as a WR third. He'd only be out 2 games with this injury. Same as last year, McCaffrey was able to play by early December and he was held out.

It's Rhule leaning on every excuse he has. He'll have even fewer once Burns, DJ, Robby, Cam, Reddick and Chinn go on IR after our 38-3 loss to Atlanta in 2 weeks.

PJ has 1 TD and 7 INTs in his career. He's not even the 32nd-best backup QB, just like Rhule isn't even the 32nd-best coach and Tepper isn't even the 32nd-best owner.

Once Tepper trades McCaffrey, keeps Rhule, the Panthers go 0-17, finish 32nd in attendance and Rhule demands his big, new stadium, you’re seeing the St. Louis Panthers on Sundays. And you know what? Good. I’m fine with it. This entire team’s existence is nothing but a stain on people. It’s addition by subtraction.

Honestly think I might just be done with this team. It’s just a waste of time and sadly, hell, it won’t be here in 5 years anyway. Tepper and Rhule killed off the fanbase and the team will be in St Louis or San Diego soon enough. There’s no light at the end of the tunnel anymore.
