  1. I mean, that would be wild considering we fired him.
  2. I don't need him reading a pre-prepared statement from his teenaged GF/caretaker.
  3. Yeah, when I was gathering the info, it really started to become obvious how incredibly bad we have actually been.
  4. We will see what the numbers end up looking like. 7 WR's means a lighter positional group somewhere.
  5. Meh. Bottom of roster churn. LB will be weak this season anyway. It just is what it is.
  6. If we don't find a guy between Wright and Fitzgerald, it will likely just be a parade of guys to figure something out. This happened before, so it's more of the same. Ideally we just try to ride Fitzgerald out and he eventually finds his groove.
  7. Listen, you can worship at the altar of Tepper if you wish but you will eventually come to see he is a false god. He is a scumbag. You don't become a multi-billionaire hedge fund manager without being a scumbag. If you ever had any access to people like this, you would know this without any shred of a doubt.
  8. He is a meddling idiot and has been a notorious asshole(far worse than Snyder in that regard). I mean, remember the episode of him literally intentionally mispronouncing Reich's last name to belittle him(something he did in his regular career). The early behind the scenes is already considerably worse than Snyder's early tenure(scumbag private business fortune, glorified fantasy sports owner). Now, it's quite the leap to end up where Snyder did ultimately. I don't have any doubts that he can hit that, as a guy that berates local business owners for signs and also gropes his wife on stage so everyone can see(people forget this for some reason). So, by all accounts he is a terrible owner and person. Doesn't mean he hasn't improved over Richardson in some regards, to be sure. But, as of yet, I haven't seen any discernable evidence that he is either a better person than Jerry and he has been a demonstrably worse football owner than Jerry.
  9. I think the last WR spot is going to come down to who can play special teams. Moore is a very good special teams guy, FWIW.
  10. This is far and away the worst stretch in franchise history and it did coincide with his ownership. The amount of anti-fan sentiment and moves by he and the franchise during his ownership are absolutely fuging bizarre. As you say, if anything they should be kissing our asses to get us to even participate. Ultimately, this is the downside of the insane TV deals. The owners don't have to truly care about asses in the seats.
  11. He really is just a completely unlikeable *****. The Snyder vibes are so strong.
  12. Pretty sure this has been beaten to death in another Parsons thread.
  13. Eh. He was good for us but his career has been even less impressive than Pinero.
  14. I mean, I wouldn't read too much into something non-football related like that. I think 95% of the players in the NFL are going to be good with treating kids well in such scenarios. You would kind of have to be a real monster otherwise.
  15. Social media is the greatest poison of the last 20 years. I firmly believe that history will judge it to be worse than the opium epidemic.
  16. Good isn't the bar, better than what we have is. The point is we keep getting worse at the position, not better. That trend can't continue.
  17. If the future of coverage is a overflowing sewer like TikTok, I guess I am just not seeing coverage.
  18. I would disagree on the window being now. If Young pans out to be a franchise QB, the window is basically his career effective length. Outside of him, there is really very little PROVEN talent on the roster. So, I think the window for non-QB talent has yet to be reached at all. This is a building process and not anything close to a finished product.
  19. Okay. I haven't been in years so I was under the assumption it was new. I didn't realize it was a decade old.
  20. You did stop before his near best in the NFL year. He was significantly better than any kicker we have had since Gano. The biggest issues were leg strength and his declining performance over time.
  21. I did a little look after you posted this. I wanted to see how long it has been since each NFL franchise experienced 36 or less wins in a 7 season span(not including partial seasons) in the Super Bowl era(1967-Present). Arizona: 1999-2005(36 wins) Atlanta: 1984-1990(31 wins) Baltimore: Never Buffalo: 1967-1973(26 wins) Chicago: 1970-1976(34 wins) Cincinnati: 1996-2002(34 wins) Cleveland: 2013-2019(28 wins) Dallas: Never Denver: 1967-1973(34 wins) Detroit: 2007-2013(36 wins) Green Bay: Never Houston: Never Indianapolis: 1981-1987(31 wins) Jacksonville: 2015-2021(33 wins) Kansas City: Never Las Vegas: 2005-2011(36 wins) LA Chargers: 1997-2003(35 wins) LA Rams: 2008-2014(32 wins) Miami: Never Minnesota: Never New England: 1989-1995(35 wins) New Orleans: 1980-1986(36 wins) NY Giants: 1974-1980(31 wins) NY Jets: 2018-2024(36 wins) Philadelphia: 1972-1978(36 wins) Pittsburgh: Never San Francisco: 1974-1980(34 wins) Seattle: Never Tampa: 1988-1994(35 wins) Tennessee: 1982-1988(35 wins) Washington: Never
  22. That did get lost a lot in the excitement that he was finally playing competent football. He was basically a bottom third of the NFL starting caliber QB. We don't need to see more of the same, we need to see improvement and really, a lot of it.
  23. The Panthers bot sucked much harder because team propoganda is trash. I consume zero team generated material anymore. Tepper ruined that too. I mean, be the change you want to see. Throw up a couple of threads based on other content creators. It's less an issue with that guy posting the one source than I think it is that Huddle interaction during TC has steadily declined.
