  1. He isn't supposed to be a guy that needs much of an introduction. If you don't believe him him being a heady player and throwing with anticipation, etc, etc......then what in the world is the draw?
  2. Well taking him in the top 10 would be a wasted pick anyway but hypothetically if you didn't believe that then I will say that with the rookie contracts being what they are, it is a lot easier to move on in recent years.
  3. If Jones doesn't inspire the confidence to sit Teddy, then there is absolutely no reason to even select him. Jones is a prospect that isn't likely to get much better. Classic low ceiling, low floor player.
  4. I'll be generous and include his one special team snap and say that $480,836 per snap for 2020 is perhaps the worst value in the NFL. Wait until he is cut and then he can be had for an ultra cheap deal. The interest on him is not going to be spectacularly high after flaming out so badly in year one.
  5. There wouldn't be any real reason to start Teddy over him. He(Jones) is supposed to be a prospect that is "NFL ready." Put him out on the field so you can know after year one that he isn't that answer and move on.
  6. He wasn't very good and cost us the bulk of the victories in the second half of the season. He just isn't capable of being a full time starter in the NFL. Damn good backup guy but not a starter in the NFL. Okung was very good when he played. Little was fuging awful. I am not sure why he hasn't just been cut yet.
  7. Literally almost every one going against us around the goal.
  8. McElhinney is fuging stoning us left and right. This is ridiculous.
  9. Depends on if we get Watson. It also wouldn't make sense to get mired in a big contract for a position of much lower value. That's classic Hurney/old school Panthers. That is especially a bad idea depending on the scenario. If CMC gets traded(unlikely) in the deal, we get a massive dead cap charge. If we simply just trade for Watson even without that, 2022 and 2023 are going to be a lot more challenging because of Deshaun's contract size. Really, in almost no scenario am I very interested in a big money OG in the 2021 offseason. There just aren't a bunch of big benefits to making that kind of move.
  10. I actually don't think I can recall Ned really looking nervous. He seems to be one of those perpetually calm guys. The scariest part about him is he is pretty confident in his puck handling and he does take some more chances that none of our other goalies would.
  11. Why would we want to spend big on a FA OG when this is such a very deep OL draft?
  12. We have actually dominated this period almost end to end. Should be up 2+ goals, honestly.
  13. @TheSpecialJuan Is correct. If you want to kick the tires, wait until he is cut. There is almost no chance he won't be cut at the moment. Either way, his salary doesn't make sense for how little he produced in his rookie year.
  14. 1a. Watson 1b. Russell Wilson 3. Trevor Lawrence 4. Kyle Wilson 5. Sam Howell
  15. If they were literally not listening to any calls from other teams, I couldn't imagine a bigger red flag. Don't get me wrong, if there is any franchise that could possibly be that stupid, it would be the Texans. I don't think anyone seriously thought that they weren't at least listening. Well....I hope they didn't.
  16. We have a dude that spam posted about "The Appaloosa Model" in relation to every Panthers front office move, coaching decision, play call, equipment manager bowel movement, etc.
  17. Add Teddy to that but his value is probably lower than any of those guys listed. Teddy, CMC and Shaq are probably the three least tradeable players on the roster in terms of trade value.
  18. I am okay with them being upset. They fug up enough stuff.
