  1. The decisions seemed to lean towards versatility over ability in the overall offseason. It was quite mind boggling when you consider how that OL was so clearly a limiting factor in 2020. I am hoping they just have some super secret info that makes them look like geniuses. The alternative would be painful for the fans.
  2. I think, quite unfortunately, the staff is hyper fixated on versatility to the detriment of actual ability.
  3. I would say having us as a bottom 10 roster in terms of talent is very fair. Lots of young players and unknown entities. Plus, our roster last year was insanely bad. It isn't going to change a huge amount in one offseason. We just want to be heading in the right direction. That is what matters.
  4. Probably not. I think he has been a RG his entire NFL career but he was a LG at Louisville.
  5. Yep. I was 100% against signing Teddy and a huge critic of him but he absolutely made our 2020 OL look better than they actually were.
  6. I was on record as saying I don't think we will have a LT starter with more than 8 games started. Given the injury history of our candidates, I think it will be a platoon effort.
  7. You think Elflein beats out Miller?
  8. I just hope BC isn't a pure whiff. Frankly, if he can't secure a starting spot somewhere on the line with the guys we have on the roster, it isn't a good sign at all. This has to be one of the easiest NFL OL units to snag a starting spot on.
  9. I would say that BC is unlikely to be an "Instant Impact" guy at the moment. Seems like more of a high ceiling project. Perhaps he crushes it during training camp and then makes the starting five somewhere. That is the ideal result.
  10. They are gonna be a dumpster fire until he is fired. He has absolutely zero idea what he is doing. I predict fired after two seasons.
  11. The sunshine squad provide perpetual entertainment to the rest of the Huddle every offseason. It is the one constant, homers ignoring reality. We aren't laughing with you, we're laughing at you......until it actually happens. Then we are both just disgruntled and upset.
  12. If it is a panic move, it probably won't work out(which is likely true, regardless). See the history of Panthers panic roster moves.
  13. I would genuinely be concerned if he made that Darnold move due to pressure to win.
  14. Yeah. I don't think he would have preached patience to ticketholders and then turn around and can this guy for not performing well in just two seasons. IMO, if he finishes season 4 without a winning record, he'll be gone. Save something crazy like going 0-16 in 2022. For fans, we should probably start being concerned if we have a losing record this season(very, very likely) AND have a losing record in 2022. This would break his normal pattern of quick turnarounds and take the luster off of his reputation as being a miracle worker.
  15. I am not sure what the complaints are here. The real punishment is letting Snyder resume shadow control over the Redskins. What could be worse for their franchise than that?
