  1. I think he'll end up similar to Luck, in that his career will be very good but not able to reach the lofty expectations.
  2. I would think we should be comfortable at TE with Arnold and Tremble. If we are trading to improve, that is pretty low on the priority list.
  3. A sensual BJ isn't going to work. He's had those before.
  4. They hired Urban Meyer. You don't have to hope, it's already happening.
  5. They would have to really be good to outdo our 2001-2002 drafts. Those were pretty epic.
  6. I actually completely forgot about Anderson until I started browsing this list. Man, he was a whiff. I remember being excited about him too.
  7. Worth noting that I arbitrarily chose Silatolu as the "bar" for the bust list. Worley is likely to play his way out of this group in 2021 and beyond. Outside chance Butler could if he just has a lengthy career, although if he is just a journeyman rotational guy, still a bust IMO.
  8. Yeah he was a fuging brute. I thought he was going to be great for us.
  9. Here is a list of the lowest CarAV(a PFR stat) for players from the 2018 and earlier drafts by round(Greg Little is a 3 CarAV and Will Grier a 1, FWIW): First Round *Jeff Otah - 14 Vernon Butler - 11 Jason Peter - 10 *Rae Carruth - 8 Rashard Anderson - 6 Second Round Amini Silatolu - 18 Sherrod Martin - 17 Keary Colbert - 14 Kony Ealy - 12 Shawn King - 10 Everette Brown - 6 Dwayne Jarrett - 4 Jimmy Clausen - 3 Bruce Nelson - 2 Third Round Daryl Worley - 18 Terrell McClain - 18 Chuck Wiley - 13 Dan Connor - 13 Leander Jordan - 9 Rashad Butler - 7 Winslow Oliver - 6 Sione Fua - 5 Kinnon Tatum - 2 Daeshon Hall - 1 Mike Seidman - 1 Rashaan Gaulden - 1 Armanti Edwards - 1 Corvey Irvin - 1 Eric Shelton - 0 Atiyyah Ellison - 0 Mitch Marrow - 0 JC Price - 0
  10. From the recent Greg Little thread, this idea came to me. What are the biggest Panthers draft busts(Top 3 Rounds limited)? Here is a link to our all-time draft history to reference. State your case for the all-time biggest bust.
  11. 100%. If he can't get it by now, I just don't see him all of a sudden getting it.
  12. I don't know that I would call Carter exactly a stellar coverage guy either. I believe in his career Perryman has allowed a lower passer rating when targeted than Carter has.
  13. That would probably make a good thread actually. There is some stiff competition in that group. Technically, Grier is probably a little to soon to include, although the story is most likely written.
  14. Even Hurney might pass on Greg. Man, he has to be one of the biggest top 3 round busts we have ever had. Stiff competition for that, unfortunately.
  15. I somewhat wonder if he is even going to make the team at this point.
  16. Did he smell of rich mahogany and Bud Light Lime?
  17. Well that second part is already true so......
