There is always attrition. Pride was the only major injury so far and he was looking like a long shot to make the roster anyway. Haynes hurts but we have no idea about the injury yet nor it's severity. Same with Burns. The rest seem to be largely just guys getting a little dinged up.

I have no concerns about DJ or Robbie. Haynes hurts but he is a rotational guy on a deep unit. A loss but not nearly the impact Burns would be. You are jumping to some conclusions that aren't really likely at the moment.

I think Moton to LT is basically inevitable. The question will be who gets the most starts at RT. It's funny, I predicted the max starts for a player at LT would be 8 games but it actually might be RT that sees all the shuffling to replace Moton.

It is what it is. If he is really that fragile nothing we do will help it. They also probably acknowledge he is the only chance at all we have at being successful. PJ and Grier aren't going to be leading us to anywhere but a top 10 pick. If they just don't trust the OL to protect him unless they are at 100% well.....also probably fuged.

Who do you cut? Arnold? Tremble? Thompson? Any of the three are clearly better or at least a better gamble than Thomas. IMO, he gets cut.

I definitely understand the need to protect your starting QB but this "criteria" for him to start is more than a little weird. It's either lack of confidence in our offensive backups or Darnold. Neither of those situations is good news, although either is understandable.

I don't keep score with 99% of people in here. I come here to debate and I don't care if disagreements happen. The entire point of this place is to have healthy debates and discussions. It doesn't need to be an echo chamber of my own opinions. The only real animosity I probably have is the occasional trolling I will do of some of the dumber posters in here. Which, they are mostly now on my ignore list(which needed to be expanded anyway). No reason to derail threads just because I might get entertained insulting some nitwits. That may seem like the case but typically players that can't seem to stay healthy don't waver from that trend. As the 4ManRush guys say, "Availability is an ability." Yeah. It is what it is. You don't tear a roster down to frame like we did and then recover quickly. It looks like we are moving in the right direction overall. We just need to figure out some of the more critical things, like QB, OL, LB, etc.

It's one of those coin flip things. I looked at it multiple times and he does get there early. Hard to say if he hooks the body from that angle. If so, that almost always draws a flag. Even if he got flagged, it was good coverage so I wouldn't be very upset.

I wouldn't be super mad about that play even if it was a flag. He played it well.
