The real speculation is will my BAC level be at unsafe levels by 4:30 PM EST?

Or does it start?

Greg Little was a project once....

TBD. Currently at work. If I get off before the game, whatever the sports bar has. If not....the packed lunch.

ROLL CALL…. Who’s attending, where ya sitting!?!?

I have to go to work tomorrow. If we get rained out, might be watching at Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill. My seats in the stadium will be filled with dirty, inbred Western NC hillbillies. -
The Athletic looks at Darnold and Wentz

We have a lot of reasons to be that as Panthers fans. We have seen these scenarios play out many times before, both with splash rookies that quickly fizzled out and 2-3 year unproductive players that turned into Pro Bowlers. Hence the reason I wince when I see this rookie class(or even the 2020 class) being lauded as our best in franchise history. Those kind of predictions rarely end up being the case, for us or any team. -

We will know fairly quickly. The OL situation is likely to be pretty rough in front of him. If he isn't able to overcome the decision making issues, it's going to be obvious. -
So does Joe Bidens new law effect NFL players?

Well, they wouldn't exactly be studying him unless he was an opponent during the season. I can't blame them for not being super familiar as first year coaches -

Everyone knew he wasn't their first choice. The fans that choose to believe that are gulping Kool Aid at a rate that will end in beetus. It is what it is. If it works out, awesome. If it doesn't......well.....I guess we are on QB search #3 in three seasons. -

@OldhamA Keep trying to tell you this. It's between his ears. He doesn't have any major mechanics issues. -
Depends on the situations. If we look awful at obvious weaknesses(QB/OL), probably makes the season hopes dim slightly. If it's a back and forth battle, where we still show we are a competitive team, maybe just first game rust. I am not going to jump off a cliff if we lose it.

Not sure I would take last night's game and make it more than what it was. The league has shifted over the past decade to more of a passing driven league but those things are also a little cyclical too. You operate within the rules the league has and make the best of it. Don't overthink it.

Nah. He basically had one great year for NO and then was back to his career averages the rest of his time there. He was always the same guy.

Ginn hands.

LOL @ the Bucs.

I would hope that is the case but I don't know that for sure. Perhaps Teddy's comments got him a quick trip out just as much as his play. We will see how it all works out.
-
I am talking about eating that as a backup QB salary. I don't think there is any way that happens. It makes no sense financially. If we works out, it makes financial sense. Not if he is a bust. Like I said, I will be curious to see if he moves on if he doesn't work out.
-
It's not pocket change, it would be the second largest cap figure on the team in 2022(so far). It would actually be the 15th largest QB salary in the NFL for 2022, as well.
-
I mean move on in general. I am not sure we would keep him given his salary. Not sure an almost $19 mil backup QB is very reasonable.
-
Hopefully we would move on. Not sure if that is a complete certainty.
