  1. Yeah, I blame very little of our current predicament on any player, even Darnold. Matt Rhule has done this to all of us. Players and fans alike.
  2. McNair, Josh Allen, even Big Ben. Eventually you have to transform your game just for the sake of longevity. Look no further than the career of NFL running backs. That is a ton of punishment to absorb to be a bruising runner. I still have some fleeting hope Cam can resurrect his career to be a top 15 NFL QB. Admittedly that looks less and less likely as time passes.
  3. I just hate dumb Twatter poo. It really isn't about her specifically. Just fuging report poo and don't be coy or trolly.
  4. Then post it. That post is just garbage. She can say she was right no matter what happens with a Twatter post like that.
  5. Came here to say that. More dumb fug college BS.
  6. It was the combination of various factors but I agree that they had a much better situation in Tampa than we had. I don't think Brady would have followed Joe Judge either.
  7. Don't use Rhule as a bar for good coaching. You can accidentally trip over that bar.
  8. I think Brady basically got to pick where he wanted to go and it wasn't like a QB-less team was gonna say no. Arians is not a great coach. Not a terrible coach but some pretty big flaws and mainly regarding QB's. Brady solved his biggest weakness.
  9. Well it really changed when they got Brady, TBH.
  10. He is the second offensive player to out us on some simple poo. Plus all the quotes you hear about how easy we are to defend. We are probably a complete joke behind closed doors in the NFL.
  11. From Robby, to Reddick to Burns....the angst is obvious. Two of those three are Rhule's boys too. That speaks volumes.
  12. Yeah, we are seeing the same poo across two seasons and 4 different QB's now. I think the answer is obviously the offense is not NFL caliber. Doesn't mean this assembly of QB's has been adequate. The common thread? Matt Rhule chose all of this.
  13. I think a LOT of this will have to be hindsight evaluation when Rhule and Co. are gone. It's a coin flip on poor initial evaluation/scouting vs. poor development/coaching ATM. I am VERY curious to see if Tepper pulls the plug on the staff this offseason. I think we are already seeing signs of the team quitting or the staff messages not really resonating. I think if we had a lot more veteran presence on the team, some of this would be more readily visible.
  14. Somewhat yes and somewhat no. They are actually fairly close. OU SEC has a far lower ceiling right now than USC Pac 12 does.
  15. TBD, IMO. He played really poorly yesterday but he did have SOME help. If he shits the bed another game or two, I can see how this makes sense.
  16. Yeah, unfortunately we have no idea how it all went down. I HOPE it was Rhule pushing to get him and Fitt having to reluctantly overpay. That's the best case scenario. Same with the 5th year option. If not.....oof. But, he has also made some pretty shrewd acquisitions as well. It's at best and worst a mixed bag.
  17. We simply don't know how much is or isn't Fitt's fault because we don't know how many of these moves he is initiating. We know he fuged up on the Darnold trade terms and got fleeced.
  18. Yeah, I can't tell if he just isn't the guy or we haven't developed him at all. Probably some of both.
  19. Yep. Dude wanted total control so he should get total blame. That's how that works.
  20. I mean....same in GB but the results..... You think this crowd would do as well with GB and Dallas? I legit don't.
  21. I have to disagree. Could make the same argument for his stop in GB but he does have only 4 losing seasons in 15 years in the NFL. You can't suck that badly and get those results. I don't think there is much question he is better than Rhule.
