    I keep seeing these numbers gurus with little scouting experience on these GM lists. Absolutely do not want someone with that background. If it isn’t someone with a wealth of successful talent evaluation(pro and college), hard pass. Who cares about cap tricks if you are using them to retain Ian Thomas or draft TMJ?

    We will see how it goes. My expectations are at an all time low.

    I would say that is highly unlikely. We still have the worst roster in the NFL by a substantial margin. I suspect we will get our 3rd or 4th choice of HC candidate. And I still believe we will be saddled with Fitterer for one more season.

    It's hard to know what the scenario will be yet. No HC, possibly a bunch of new faces in the FO. I don't see a turnaround on the table, that is for sure.

    They aren’t remotely similar. Darnold is one of the worst gunslinging QB's in recent memory. Young is the league's worst game managing QB.

    QB is the least of our worries. If we can't get the owner to be hands off, we are looking at 10-15 years of suffering.

    Oh we have a choice. There is free agency, there was/is a better QB on the roster, there is an unbelievable 2nd round QB class.... We have plenty of choices. The problem is that the dumbass owner we have is too stupid to do anything else.

    Yep and most of still end up busts.

    This is the same thing said about just about all bust QB's. There were barely any flashes at all. Not enough to matter, for sure. Mostly what he showed is horrible footwork, lack of arm strength and a severe case of David Carr Battered QB syndrome.
