    I think Howell had some definite long term NFL backup qualities. I just didn't see that with Corral.

    I really don't care. He should have been a 4th rounder or later and I am going with a default of trusting this staff.

    Keep in mind that the league probably doesn't view him as valuable as we(the fans) do. He was signed to an insanely low deal last season. I think this deal is about right. Good for us, good for him.

    Meyers is a very clear #2 WR. He would be a fantastic addition but not at the price he might command. If we can get him in the $10-13 mil range, 100% in. Other than that, he isn't a guy we should be spending a lot of money on. I would love DJ Chark too but that will also be price dependent.

    I think people vastly overrate where Darnold is rated by the NFL. I suspect we will see that with free agency.

    If we are trying to unload him on the cheap, I can infer that basically no one in the building believes in him.

    Yeah, Howell is much more likely to be a serviceable backup, IMO. Corral was another Rhule overdraft, most likely.

    We don't build rosters right. Very rarely ever have. I would give away a lot of roster blow ups for that title. You don't think Saints fans feel that way? All the ones I know do.

    I mean, I will take that deal in a heartbeat. We blew up multiple teams and didn't win poo.

    Burns deal, in theory, should open up future money for a couple of seasons.

    I think we are unable to get this deal done this offseason and he gets tagged next offseason. I imagine there is a big gap(this is oure speculation, FWIW) between what we want to pay versus what we made his value by turning down that monster trade deal. Based on that, his agent has every right to ask to be the highest paid defensive player in the NFL.

    Yet another very good player wasted by this organization. Hopefully he gets to experience the success he didn't at his next stop(except against us).

    TBQH, Freddie is our third best goalie. It sucks but it is true.

    This really is a fuging hose job. It sucks for Quick because he has been great but this performance is being overshadowed by how terribly we are getting fuged.

    I would trade down for a first rounder and a second. That's about it.
