You know, some of the linemen from Cam's era would likely have started over a few of these guys(if not all). Gross, Wharton, Kalil, Norwell, Turner, etc. Plus Steve Smith Sr. for a short bit and DJ Moore too. That was always sort of the issue with that era of Panthers football, these things just never intersected at the right times. Also, the defense now is so incredibly much worse than it was then. That would have been a mess to navigate.

IDK, that is arguably the most talented team in the NFL. I am not sure they will fall that far. It's going to be an interesting division.

I think it's more likely they finish ahead of GB and Chicago, although anything is possible in that division.
