  1. Just not getting these limited grade A chances to drop.
  2. Oh I agree. He isn't a big physical guy that has a ton of nuance to his game. I suspect he will fall off a cliff like OBJ did.
  3. Definitely low energy. Not sure if they are worn down by the stretch or we just need some time to get into gear. If we look like this in the 2nd, I guess we know. Pretty good to just be down 1, TBH.
  4. That one was on Koochie. Gotta lock that rebound down, man.
  5. fug Vasectomy. Let's leave some live ones deep in him.
  6. Lots of good candidates and the 32nd ranked defense isn't really going to draw a lot of eyes. Hopefully we are able to put together a halfway decent roster for him to work with and he comes out next season with something to prove.
  7. Yeah, not sure I would be running around high fiving but it's a need and if the board fell that way it makes sense.
  8. I don't think he is slowing down yet but make no mistake, that day is coming and likely quickly. I suspect he has a couple more 1k+ seasons still in the tank but we will see.
  9. The Saints may not but that roster is getting worse and worse as those cap issues have to be cleared.
  10. No, that roster is not in great shape and their cap situation is still bad.
  11. I think he has potential. The talent is obvious. The rest of the roster is quite good.
  12. There are a lot of warts on most of these jobs. The Jets are a fuging mess with a bad owner. If Dallas gives up on McCarthy, you have to deal with a bad GM/owner. The Jags you are inheriting a suspect GM and a suspect owner. Also married to a pretty middling QB on a massive contract. New England is a bad ownership scenario(see comments about Mayo firing from Kraft) and a terrible roster. The Bears are actually a decent spot. Lots of talent.
  13. My guess is..... Johnson ends up passing on all these opportunities this offseason.
  14. If I had to choose between the Bears and the Pats, that's a no brainer. The Bears have a roster built to win. New England is pretty far away from that. Also, do I want a team that stuck with a bum like Eberflus too long or fired a hand picked New England guy after one year?
  15. Ask yourself if Carter is a better prospect coming out than Burns? IMO, he is not.
  16. He is still a top shelf WR but his time there is likely coming to an end. It will probably start before his massive contract gets less goofy. As you said, not a good fit for us.
  17. I predicted this thread would be imminent last night on here. The Huddle never fails to amuse.
  18. Yeah, the DE's were getting stoned by Moton/Ekwonu. That really stood out
  19. Honestly, he has looked good all season. The fact that almost across the board our OL that was so bad last year looks this much better says a lot about how bad the situation was under Reich. Even with the additions of Hunt/Lewis, all these guys have really stepped up.
  20. Agreed. I think he will fail again next year be unemployed.
  21. I don't think there are going to be many/any takers at that price tag
