  1. Our knack for picking projects that don't pan out is exceptional.
  2. The Redskins are a lot more palatable without that scummy owner. Wonder if other fans will feel the same when Tepper is eventually gone?
  3. Didn't at the time and it will likely go down as one of our worst 2nd round picks in franchise history.
  4. Irving makes the Brooks pick even more infuriating.
  5. I was hopeful that Kochetkov could level up his game with this many starts, if anything he has sort of proved that he just isn't a long term solution. Career lows across the board statistically. Not terrible but just league average at best.
  6. There are very few guys the Bears HAVEN'T interviewed.
  7. Kiper is not a guy I would listen to. There are a lot of good NFL draft guys now and he is one of the absolute worst.
  8. That is also because they rarely scheme people open in that offense. As I said, it isn't going to be an effective offense no matter who is back there until they get a decent playcaller. I am genuinely surprised Smith is still employed in the NFL.
  9. Yeah but that is because they were basically a ball control offense because passing was basically not an option with Fields. I think they have to do better than Arthur Smith. I get that he probably fits with the more conservative playcalling type that Tomlin likes but they also don't have a dominant defense like they have in years past.
  10. Well the QB had back to back killer years passing prior to this. Their offense is just off.
  11. Well they are holding the Eagles under 200 total yards of offense.
  12. He has gotten better but he is a cheeseball and isn't charismatic. I cannot believe Greg got bumped for him. He stinks.
  13. It is wild for the Eagles to have had such an inept passing offense this year given how many weapons they have.
  14. Never count Jameis Love out. He has some wild comebacks in his career.
  15. No, he is definitely worse.
  16. Love is marginally better Jameis Winston. He will be a bad signing overall for the Packers.
  17. The Steelers were basically better across the board offensively with Wilson(Total Yards, Passing Yards and Points). But it wasn't better enough to keep winning. TBH, I think a lot of the overall offensive struggles have been Arthur Smith. He really hasn't been good since he was in Tennessee. He was bad in Atlanta and he has been bad in Pittsburgh. For instance, he has never called an offense that finished in the top 15 in passing yardage.
  18. You can't count out Jordan Love. He can activate Jameis Winston mode at any point. I mean both the good and bad parts of Jameis.
  19. Fair but Wilson still played better than Fields did. Hence the switch. One of them is a QB, the other isn't. Also, Fields has zero upside. That's like saying The Golden Calf of Bristol had upside.
  20. Move on to what, though? That's been the problem with Pittsburgh since Ben retired.
  21. If Darnold continues his "seeing ghosts" from the last game against the Rams, I think Minnesota is really gonna have a difficult choice on their hands. It's hard to hand over a big contract to a guy who may not be a starting caliber NFL QB. Especially when you invested top 15 draft capital in the position. It's gonna be an interesting offseason for them.
  22. I have had several people from other fanbases talk about him when I say I am a Panthers fan as I travel the country. Not a single one of them has ever seen him play a down or can tell me anything about his football accomplishments. Every one expressed surprised when I pointed out he leads the team in drops. He is doing a good job being a character but not a very good job being a football player. I hope that he gets his football ability up to where his marketing ability is.
  23. Jags have a bad owner, so that's not a good spot for that reason. Plus, TBH, Lawrence is not an elite QB. He's basically a third tier NFL starter.
