    TBH, I would rather be picking below 15 than in the 6-15 range.

    They are lacking a 2nd round pick for 2025 due to the Metcalf trade so I would assume the minimum to even be in any discussion would have to involve their 2026 1st. Which, TBH, they would be foolish to trade away.

    Yeah, I am not giving up on him yet but I do think we need to see a pretty big step up this season to be convinced he is a long term solution. It is a shame that his development seemed to be stunted in 2023.

    Fair point. Hence why as upset as people were about a theoretical trade for Higgins, at least it would have removed us from likely fuging up another WR evaluation again.

    Yeah, we focus on gambling on these project #1 WR types versus the obviously better and more productive players.

    I somewhat suspect the trading action from 11-20 will be considerably more than 1-10.

    Yeah, this WR class has some very good candidates to be productive NFL WR's, if not many candidates to be NFL stars. Currently, the only truly consistent and productive WR we have had since the Moore trade is AT. One would think we would eventually attempt to remedy that.

    I actually think Daboll is a bad coach. The way he handled the Jones thing was pathetic.

    That doesn't sound like a theory rooted in the short term futures of their GM and HC. I doubt they survive to see the end of that plan.

    I think there are far more sellers in the top 15 than buyers outside it.

    You are aware that he has the same general 40 time as guys like Mike Evans and DeAndre Hopkins, right? 4.5-4.6 is about what you expect for most of those big WR's. People think they are going to be Calvin Johnson or DK Metcalf but there is a reason those guys stand out, they are outliers.

    I don't necessarily agree on the "BPA" element but I would not be upset about drafting him at 8. I also wouldn't be jumping for joy. I generally believe he will end up being a very poor fit with Evero's defense.
