    The contracts aren't going to be so goofy looking in an offseason or two. Keep in mind the cap is going to have some major escalations due to the new TV deals. In fact if you look at cap %, at one point Peyton had a 20.5% total for Indy. Watson is a "projected"(likely less) 23-25% at his $72 mil cap hits in 2025 and 2026. That is just how much the cap has gone up.

    No, they would be substantially worse. That's not a 1:1. I wouldn't have wanted to pay Hurts either but I also wouldn't have wanted to pay Lawrence or Goff or Dak or most of these recent contract guys. Nor would I want to be paying Purdy. At this point, that is just sort of the price of a starting QB anymore.

    Lol. Milroe is literally the poorest man's version of Hurts. If you don't like Hurts you definitely won't like Milroe.

    Kellen Moore sucks.

    That isn't supported by his career statistics. He threw a dime to Brown in this game. He has no issue with accuracy or throwing deep at all. Never has. His issue is being decisive with the ball and go through his reads.

    If so it didn't last long. Which, admittedly almost everyone has moved on from him pretty quickly so that may say a lot.

    I mean that is completely untrue. He is a career 64.4% passer(above 65 the past three seasons). It's not accuracy, it's field vision, IMO. Steichen did a great job making things fast for him, Moore is not a good OC for Hurts.

    Agreed. He is likely more limited than someone like Goff.

    I mean, Chinn was never going to be what we wanted him to be or drafted him to be. He has been a solid player for the Redskins too but his best year has always been his rookie season. He genuinely will likely never be able to hit that level again.

    I also think they likely beat the Redskins, if so. Possibly comfortably.

    It's a very young and talented defense that has been bottom third basically all year.

    I mean, all they really have to do is run the ball. LA has a very porous defense.

    I think a lot of that is the OC, TBH. I do think Hurts has less than elite field vision. Possibly more like average.

    I mean the list of mistakes in that draft is pretty long. It was a very Fitterer draft.

    I mean....anyone could have destroyed Ghost Darnold. He got exposed and traumatized the week before. Not sure anyone in the playoffs would have lost to them.

    Speaking of end of careers, I cannot imagine Stafford being around too much longer. He has taken a fuging beating in his NFL career.
