  1. That is a confusing list of QB's to equate to Teddy. Bridgewater is a backup QB while some of those guys you mentioned are NFL starters.
  2. I mean, I can't help you see talent and ability. Not within my powers. There is a reason we wanted him badly and many other teams inquired.
  3. Ooof. Boy if that is all true.....no fuging thanks.
  4. Nah. Stafford is a much better QB and less injury prone. The top end of Wentz may be a little higher but Stafford has produced for years. Wentz hasn't.
  5. I usually make ceviche. I was going to do fish collars in chili crisp(and then air fried) but the fishmonger didn't have any collars this week.
  6. I think a lot of what transpires with Moton really will have to do with what the market is. We'll know that before we ever hit the draft, unless we decide to tag him.
  7. People forget that while looking the part in college is great, in the NFL you are going to be dealing with some elite athletes that you will have to handle one on one. Alabama is so talented they just line up and beat you with overwhelming talent. That ain't happening in the NFL.
  8. https://thedraftnetwork.com/articles/2021-nfl-mock-draft-marino-5.0 Interesting one here with a blockbuster trade between the Texans, Dolphins and 49ers. This also results in the top 4 picks being the top 4 QB's. Not great news for us but I did actually like our first three picks: Penei Sewell, Alex Leatherwood and Chazz Surratt. Huge upgrades along the OL and a guy that should be in the two deep from day one in our maligned LB corps.
  9. Yeah, I don't have any issue with having a QB who isn't interested in really doing anything more than providing vanilla answers to the media. Remember, if we drafted him he is going to have to be fielding questions from the David Newton's of the world.
  10. Newton isn't trying to throw shade at Teddy, he's trying to imply that CMC is. That is the galling part. Don't try to start a fuging controversy using CMC's nothing comments to manufacture a story. But we should expect it from that nitwit.
  11. I am not against trading for Wentz if the price is right. The rest of his contract would put him in the $25-26 million range for the remainder of his career and his salary is only guaranteed for 2021 and it looks like his 2022 salary is partially guaranteed on the 3rd day of the 2021 league year. So, if he is a bum he'd be relatively easy to cut. Pretty reminiscent of Cam in terms of positives and negatives. Ultra-high top end, major injury concerns and generally a polarizing QB to fans. You have to obviously be concerned with how bad he was this past season. Does he really just need a change of scenery or has he just lost "it." That's the thing about Cam, as bad as he got in the end, it was more about injuries than seeming to lose his command of the offense on the field. Wentz just didn't even look like he belonged in the league this past year. Super high risk, super high reward trade. Not sure I'd push a bunch of chips into the pot for that. Also not sure he fits what Rhule is supposedly looking for in players, either.
  12. All that being said, Lance is very good in front of the cameras in that other clip. Really, really good.
  13. He seems to just generally not like dealing with the press, to be quite honest, although I haven't looked at any more clips than those you are providing. I would say almost less disinterest and more disdain. As Pup stated, very Belichick-esque in attitude.
  14. The price(and really the trade as a whole) is purely speculative for Watson. So is what Winston will cost to sign. Watson's "success" has been well documented. I am not one to throw shade towards a QB in a hopeless situation(see my comments on Matt Stafford). Watson can't undo how much of an idiot Bill O'Brien was.
  15. They were sharp most of the 2nd and a pretty good chunk of this period.
  16. That was the first one really on Reimer. Gotta control those rebounds.
