He is the president of the Huddle TMac fan club so he is a bit oversensitized to something that isn't even remotely offensive in the slightest. I don't really like when people call me by my last name but in various work settings, it happens all the time. I don't get my panties in a bunch over it.

It's hard to say. He comes off as an elite CB/WR ish diva on occasion. But it is hard to say if that extends to his interactions with teammates. Personally he just comes off as the weird goth kid to me.

Not a chance. The Tet Offensive will still be in my game day vocabulary.

Lol. WTF. This is a fitting and insane end to this thread. -
Bryce's Achilles Heel Is Not What You Think It Is

Dalton has a stronger arm than Bryce. He always has. I mean, Will Grier also had a cannon for an arm. So does Anthony Richardson. Doesn't necessarily mean they are more suited to play than Bryce. -

Not sure I would say lacking him specifically cost us games. Those losses were very much a team effort. The AT impact would be more so along the lines of not dropping the passes that TMac has or just generally being a more reliable panic outlet for Bryce. Ultimately Bryce has to get some chemistry with non-AT players. That is starting to happen and that's a positive thing overall.

He has a lot to work on for sure but he has been a huge boost to the offense. It's nice to finally have an elite WR.

Corbett at OG I am 100% fine with. Corbett at Center was a fuging disaster.

Where do you fall on the Bryce Young spectrum?

I think it is because of the crap we have endured that players don't get the benefit of the doubt. Too frequently that has failed us in the past decade. I haven't seen much in the way of progress yet. He is starting to regain some of the form he had in the last few games of 2024 after being quite bad early in 2025. It's not all his fault, to be sure. But it's too often his fault is the ultimate problem. Hopefully he just eventually gets to be even remotely consistent over the course of 2025. As a former Bryce stan, I just don't have much faith left, unfortunately. -
He was our best YAC guy in 2023 and 4th in 2024(behind Hubbard, Sanders, Coker). He was a great and productive WR for us because he knows how to play the game, he had a connection with Bryce specifically and our other options have largely been atrocious.

Hey You, You Don't Know Quarterbacking
kungfoodude replied to fieryprophet's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well, we did try that for several years unsuccessfully, so I do think that may be impacting Tepper's decision making. -
TBD. That was what the team has said but then you had all the reporters in TC talking about how great he looked conditioning wise. Either he showed up to OTA's in sad shape or there is some messaging going on. Either way, he isn't going to be able to not be in good or great condition and have a lengthy career. He better learn that lesson early. It's something Nacua was public about battling.

Well, you really have to be an elite running unit for that to work....most of the time. You still need some level of creativity in the offense. Ask the post-Kellen Moore Eagles.
-
I mean, literally almost every player on that starting OL and even backup unit are predominantly run block heavy guys. We did very intentionally build the line in that manner. It would be nice for them to be more balanced on the pass blocking side but the outcome isn't unexpected, IMO.
-
I am pretty sure everyone reading this has the exact same opinion of your emotional tantrum, frank. Good luck with that.
-
I think what we hope to see from Coker is the same stuff we saw last year. Great route running and good hands. I am not under any illusions that he is suddenly going to be prime Steve Smith but if you look at a guy like Jacobi Meyers, he has carved out an extremely successful NFL career as a less than elite athlete that excels at route running and getting open. IMO, that's Coker's potential ceiling and that would be fantastic.
-
And those targets are mostly going to TMac, who will be a part of the FUTURE of the team. Did it remove the most reliable WR and Bryce's safety blanket? Absolutely. But it's also allowing him to build better chemistry with TMac, Stephens, Horn, Evans, etc. I am pumped to see Coker back and hopefully they can reignite that connection.
-
You can attempt to gaslight all you want but you are the one acting crazy about a pretty logical discussion up to this point. We get it, you hate AT, JT.
-
He has both loafed and played hard at times on the blocking front. I have no idea what is going on with him but he is quickly moving towards being buried on the bench if he doesn't figure it out. I am happy to have Coker back so we can continue to build out some WR weapons. If XL doesn't get his head in the game, he is gonna start seeing a lot less snaps.

Again with the straw man arguments. You have Trump level of delusions about this subject. Here, let me do you in this case.... I don't know if AT fuged your girl or your wife or whatever but your level of hatred towards a guy not even on the team is insane. I can't believe you keep hate watching all these Vikings games as a result. It's crazy behavior but, by all means, you do you. Now...see how nutty that sounds? Go read this thread and see how emotional you are over something no one in this thread is talking about emotionally.

You sound like a JT O'Sullivan sock account with all the straw man arguments. Literally read your post and see how little it has to do with anything anyone said in this thread.
