This is why so many college HC's fail(and why I laughed so hard at the Urban Meyer initial hire). In college you get to turn it off for periods of the week and a chunk of the offseason(while you delegate recruiting). In the NFL, this poo never stops during the season and doesn't really turn off during the offseason. It's a tough job that requires full attention at all times, not delegating to your staff in the offseason and going golfing for 2-4 months.
