  1. It was partly Teddy's fault and partly Brady's fault. Hard to determine how much because Teddy still has displayed a lot of the same characteristics he did in Carolina this season, as well. The overwhelming bulk of Darnold's issues are Sam Darnold. He is doing the same things he did for three years in NY. Definitely not saying Brady isn't over his head, I believe he is. But the issues we are having are because of franchise worst level of QB mismanagement from Rhule.
  2. It would probably be better for Brady's career if we fire him. I suspect we will see some change made at QB soon and that a coach or two will get canned.
  3. This is the way I feel about just about every prospect but Pickett. And I still wouldn't take him in the first.
  4. Yeah, anyone who would willingly choose this as an option is fuging nuts. Most frustrating offense to watch since Pickles.
  5. Yeah and for all the anti-Cam dolts, how is that 59.5% completion percentage treating you? I remember hearing so much about how we needed an accurate QB but we have one of the least accurate in the NFL and it isn't because of scheme or drops. Teddy Bridgewater completed 69.1% of his passes in this same offense with almost the same players. If Rhule keeps trotting out Darnold with no other plan, I would fire him immediately.
  6. The vigorous defense of Jimmy Clausen 2.0 is hilarious. There is no greater problem on the offensive side of the ball than Sam Darnold. You don't accidentally become the worst QB in the NFL. That's who Sam Darnold was for 3 years and he is settling in to being the worst in the NFL again. The OL is garbage. The drops are nuts. The playcalling is trash. But Sam Darnold is far and away the WORST part of this offense. 9 games, 13 TO's. Wow. Currently on pace for a staggering 25 TO's, which would tie a Panthers franchise record for a player in one season(1997 Kerry Collins). But who is ULTIMATELY to blame for all this? Matt Motherfuging Rhule. The buck stops there in 2021.
  7. I like 2023 because it is a huge QB FA class and if it ends up being a good draft class, we have a good shot at being able to get someone from somewhere.
  8. Same thing as the OL drafting though, if we don't trust them to make good OL decisions in the draft, why would be in the draft for QB's? So, eventually you gotta do something. I would rather focus on the OL in 2022 and grab a REASONABLE and EXPERIENCED veteran QB to tide us over until 2023. Not some ignorant Teddy contract or trade for some POS like Darnold. There are literally plenty to of NFL teams that have done that in the 2021 offseason for starting or backup QB's. We just failed the most at it. It's a problem.
  9. Yep. Like I said, I am off the players at this point. I am all about blaming Matt Rhule and David Tepper.
  10. Reaching for a QB is a really bad idea. It rarely works out. I am very much against taking any of these QB's in the first. You can panic draft, it just results in wasted picks. Like I said, take the BPA(OL) and just figure out the QB situation in free agency. I agree that the QB is the most important position but panic moves are how we ended throwing away valuable draft picks on Sam fuging Darnold. Count me out on Draft Version of that choice.
  11. There wasn't a "feel like." Matt was hired to be The Man and make all the decisions. He did and this is what we have now. I blame Matt Rhule #1 for all our problems and David Tepper #2. If Rhule comes back in 2022 and keeps shitting the bed, I will blame David Tepper #1 and Matt Rhule #2.
  12. Who hired Joe Brady? Who had final say on Erving and Elflein? Who had final say on Sam Darnold?
  13. I am also talking about Rhule not making personnel decisions anymore. That is Fitterer and the front office. That is the way it should be. Rhule gets input but he is not the final say anymore. We also have the option to bring in a veteran QB.
  14. Yeah because he was so fuging convinced he was right about Darnold. Because he is a goddamn idiot. I blame Darnold NONE for this. fug Matt Rhule. I am done blaming players.
  15. The point being that Rhule left the team in this fuging shape because he bought in so fuging hard on Sam Darnold. So he fuging knows PJ can't do this but did fuging NOTHING to change that. Rhule is a fuging idiot.
  16. Get a starting OL in the first. That solves a huge need. None of these QB's are lilely the guy. Getting desperate is what rhe Browns did during their almost 20 year period trying to find a guy. We have to get better in free agency, as well but it isn't possible or reasonable to fix that OL next offseason. Too many needs. BC and Brown....I mean....pardon me for laughing but I have less than zero hope for any OL that Rhule picked.
  17. Mr. 100% control. Matt Motherfuging Rhule.
  18. And he failed even harder than ever. Rhule needs to get fried in the media and by the fans for this. This lays 100% on his fuging shoulders.
  19. Can someone post a link to this? I want to hear Rhule answer these fuging questions today.
  20. The only guy that needs tuning up is Rhule, IMO. Literally just him. You want to be the boss and have final say over everything in the organization, then you take 100% of the blame.
  21. Just take the best OL available and take your medicine in the draft. Best to hope for is unloading some players for picks in the offseason. Even then, why nuke the team for one draft?
  22. If I am Cam right now and the Panthers call me, I am asking for about $25 mil. I'd sign with any other team in the NFL for about $2-3 mil but the Panthers pay max dollar.
  23. Yeah, Rhule's days of "Final Say" should be 100% over as of Monday. Don't like it? Hit the road, champ. Enjoy college again.
