Predictions: Biggest Leap/Biggest Fall
kungfoodude replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
1. Horn. Kind of cheating since he didn't play much last season. 2. Brian Burns. With no real other pass rush threats on the roster, Burns gets all the offensive blocking attention and has a career low sack total. Maybe not a product of Burns himself falling off as much as him not having almost any other elite DL help. -
I mean... there is a chance that tomorrow you will wake up to a billion dollars in cash in your house too. That's about the same chance as what was described in that post. Both could easily be confused for a fever dream.

Read that again but use your brain this time or maybe read the original comment from RumHam if that helps. Unlikely but try anyway.

I mean.....they still haven't fired a round if they are thinking of pulling the trigger. I think these rumors will persist until basically day one of training camp. Then they will pick back up until the end of the trade deadline. It is what it is. This is bound to happen to any team with QB struggles.

Watson's people expecting a full season suspension
kungfoodude replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
There is less than 0.0001% of that happening at the moment. -
Sheena Quick on Baker Mayfield to Panthers trade

Remember when we were the only bidder for Sam Darnold? That only works if you don't do something stupid. -

Indefinite would be an interesting twist. I still personally believe it will be only a season. -
Why can't they do this with NFL stadiums?
kungfoodude replied to ladypanther's topic in Carolina Panthers
That has changed dramatically. Hence why a lot of cities aren't trying to be considered for the Olympics. The bang for the buck is very low. -
TBD. You never know with this crowd.

Cowturd also famously hates Mayfield.

Tremble to attend Tight End University

I mean....only the Panthers haven't given up on Ian Thomas. He's a decent backup guy but he has maxed out his potential. -

Don't look up Tight End University on Pornhub. -
What went wrong? The Sam Darnold Experiment (Video)
kungfoodude replied to CarolinaLivin's topic in Carolina Panthers
I am not terribly convinced he sees his flaws clearly enough to work on them. But, it's alsp possible that he just isn't capable of processing information at a level that is required to be a good NFL QB. It does happen. Plenty of guys make it to the NFL that don't have that ability. -
It doesn't matter where he wants to go, TBH.

Tony Siragusa passed away at 55 years old
kungfoodude replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
There is really no point in posting "death threads" anymore. They somehow turn into Tinderbox material. -
Well, I guess this is now a Tinderbox thread. You guys need to keep this kind of poo in there. Jesus.

It's possible but getting prescription Xanax is very far from difficult.

Yeah, I am not here saying fentanyl isn't an issue but we just find some new boogeyman of a drug every few years/decades, so it will be something else eventually. The issue has very rarely been the substances. It's the people and systems that revolve around the substances. That's why this doesn't change, no matter the century.
-
I rather doubt it was fentanyl laced Xanax. Xanax is plenty dangerous enough on it's own, especially if you are mixing it with booze.
-
The fentanyl epidemic is nothing more than an extension of the 50+ year long opium epidemic which is just a part of a multi-millennia long struggle with addiction to any number of narcotics or poisons that we choose to ingest recreationally. A death in the past week or month or year isn't any more or less tragic than one 10 or 20 or 50 or 1000 years ago. Death is just a part of life. Or, to put it in Panthers terms.....it is what it is. Also, this is an incredibly odd tangent to have popped up in thread about the untimely passing of a Baltimore Ravens LB.

I am not sure Wilks is going to be in a position to be that kind of advisor/mentor. TBH, we have no idea how much of a voice these new hires are going to have.

Add sexual assault to the Dan Snyder allegations

I primarily get sent documents via email, so it's very rare that I don't edit the NDA's before signing and returning. Has never been noticed yet.
