I don't think piling up TO's is gonna answer much in the way of coaching questions. If you actually had a GOOD NFL QB, it might. And, TBH, we do actually know the answer to the Canales question. It's just a matter of accepting it.

There is really no reason to just plug a TO machine gunslinger from a results perspective. It's not going to accomplish anything from a W's and L's standpoint. It probably wouldn't even accomplish much from an evaluation of offense/offensive player standpoint. I do understand it from a fan's perspective. At least it's interesting to watch on Sunday, albeit ultimately maddening in the end. If they have to bench Bryce, just turn it over to Dalton. He can pilot a sinking ship more effectively than Bryce anyway. It will still sink but he might buy you enough time to offload some assets.

It's been a steady decline in roster talent from 2017 to 2024. I would argue it was a slight uptick in 2025 but we are talking about 2024 being a literal franchise worst roster.

I think we did the last round of hiring, right? One of the very few I have ever put on ignore. I looked through the list of them recently and percentage that are no longer active or banned was hilariously high.

I think he will follow a predictable track. Hire a young and out of his element head coach again. Then hire the GM willing to take the job and accept that he inherits a HC he didn't hire.

I think the remaining stans are few and far between. If you are still riding with Bryce, you are either a Bryce Young fan, an Alabama fan, or his momma. Ain't nobody fooled by this poo. The breakdown I did on each franchises longest streak of losing seasons was a REAL eye opener for me. We are way closer to the bottom of the list(shortest spans) than the top. That's what I am afraid of, that we aren't even at the halfway point of this mess yet.

This roster is so bad there is no reason to be impatient(minus the retarded owner). There is no magic bullet waiting in the draft or offseason that is gonna magically transform this terrible roster. Dig in, quit being completely moronic every offseason, and you will be able to build something.

I been saying that for years now. I sat down and compared the 1999-2017 Browns to our 2018-(can't remember the last time I did it) period and we were demonstrably worse early compared to their early era. I will take a look and post again.

My Predictions: Evero likely in latter half of the 2025 season. Dave canned early in the 2026 season. Dan canned at the end of the 2026 season.

This. Not that there is ever sureity in a draft but this one looks VERY weak at QB.

I don't think that is purgatory for the upcoming draft. Top 5 would be nice to be able to get some assets trading out of it. It appears to be an extremely weak QB draft.

I suspect that DC will get one more(partial) season with us. I suspect Dan will be shown the door prior to season's end of 2026.
