I think the biggest issue is probably the league wide perception of Tepper as a meddling owner. Not saying that will keep everyone away but it will definitely keep some away. It's going to be a big concern when we look at our next GM. The biggest concern of all is having Tepper heavily involved in those future processes(coaching or FO hirings)hiring. His track record is atrocious.

I think we see Fitt hit the door this offseason. Reich will get fired in the second half of the 2024 season, if I had to guess. If Fitt sticks around for the next offseason cycle, all bets are off. I would say that probably indicates we won't be sniffing a winning season for a very long time.
