The question is how much our of our 2020-2022 draft talent pans out. 2020 and 2021 aren't looking stellar early. If those classes only end up with 1-2 real hits, this is a definite no. If we get a few more guys to pan out, this leans toward yes. That is what is the key, how much of our recent(Rhule era) draft talent actually pans out.

Might want to look at McAdoo's HC track record. I am okay with him as an interim if we fire Rhule mid-season. Outside of that, it's very likely just another hiring blunder.
