  1. I disagree. We will continue to suck on D after he is gone too.
  2. 100%. Cam would be out there dying on his shield to try and counter our dumpster fire defense. You would also see him being a real vocal leader on the sidelines rather than being a room temp cup of expired milk like Bryce typically is.
  3. You didn't miss much other than the realization that we are way, WAY closer to another attempted rebuild than we are a turnaround.
  4. I would agree that dropping even prime Cam on this roster still probably isn't a GOOD team. It's a team that wins some fuging games, however. And probably rarely gets embarrassed.
  5. At this point the crying Jordan meme is the leader of this team.
  6. TBH, as someone who has seen all his games so far in the NFL, he is far more lost than Mingo or TMJ so far. It's literally disturbing how little he seems to understand how to play the position. And, quite frankly, the most disturbing was yesterday I saw some of the Mingo disinterest for that matter.
  7. It was a wild amount of sub-200 yd passing performances.
  8. He won't be starting much longer. He lived a charmed existence with a coach that made things very easy for him while so having the best offensive weapons in the NFL. He even managed to fug that up in the end. He is a backup QB.
  9. Might want to take a look at Darnold's game today if you think he is competent. Jets/Minny playoffs Darnold is back.
  10. I am not even certain Hunt/Lewis are core players because they came on massive contracts. Likely the last contracts they will get here, TBH. I love TMac but let's not call that shot quite yet. Especially at that position. I also question the entire scouting department. Makes me wonder if we even have people in the building capable of making good hires there.
  11. At this point in their careers, substantially.
  12. I gotta be honest, I cannot recall a WR we have drafted recently with so few fundamentals. It's shocking.
  13. Oh yeah, that really is telegraphing the whole situation. Makes me wonder if he gave it an offseason to see if we turned around and then after seeing it all said, "fug this" when there was a way out. I missed that little blurb. Wow.
  14. XL can literally do nothing that Deebo nor DK can. He doesn't blow by people consistently. He isn't physical after contact. He can't break tackles consistently. He isn't elusive. He cannot catch consistently. He has no sense of body control whatsoever. He loafs on too many reps when he isn't the target. It's not an us problem, it is a him problem. This is the same as TMJ or Mingo or any of the other recent bums. People always say it's us because it's easier than admitting we just wasted another pick and fuged up...again. I am here to tell you, eventually you will see what a lot of us already basically did last season. He ain't an NFL player. Just another in a long line of Panthers bad draft picks.
  15. Yeah, I am not knocking Renfrow. I think his ceiling is fairly low even in a better situation. He has a lot of rust to knock off to even see if he has anything left in the tank. TBQH, the fact that it was just "us or bust" kind of let's me know that competitive just really isn't there like maybe it once was. Oh well, still better than Legette and some of these other rostered bums. Did he? I don't recall that. Link? Why would he be friends with JJ? They never played on the same team.
  16. The fact that we don't attempt to scheme him anything open in space regularly(Debo-esque, say) let's me know they also don't think he is capable of that. Coker can't get back soon enough.
  17. I very much doubt it had anything to do with JJ. Moreso that his wife and he wanted to be back in Minny. Plus, I have no doubt he wanted to leave the game on a contending team, at least.
  18. Fair. But I do agree with him, likely AT catches at least one if not both of those balls. For a couple of reasons, probably get better separation, averaged 3 yds in 2024 and 2.9 yds in 2023 versus the 1.79 yds in the game today for Hunter. Additionally, AT is a physically far larger and has a significant catch radius advantage over Renfrow. That's not to say that Bryce still didn't miss those throws but those bigger guys do help alleviate some of those mistakes just because of those type of advantages. You said yourself, we are having him basically attempt to be an AT clone when he just simply isn’t.
  19. Well for starters he was not the GM during the 2017 NFL Draft. You want me to fill in the rest of the obvious omissions?
  20. He is literally good at nothing. Fun fact, per NFL Next Gen Stats he had the third highest catch percentage for a WR among qualifying players in 2024 and was 5th in 2023. You are starting to sound like a JT O'Sullivan sock account, brother. Questioning AT's hands is a pretty odd hill to die on.
  21. So you don't have time to do anything but cherry picking but you want me to compile the track record of 32 teams GM's across almost 60 years of NFL history? Seems reasonable. How about I just let you continue to live the delusion that Marty Hurney was a good GM?
  22. I did say similar about the starters on this team this week, if you recall. It's a rough look at that roster.
