There are no logical scenarios where it makes sense to re-sign him. Maybe vet minimum 1 year deal as a backup but that is also a stretch with a new coordinator.

Frazier, Lewis and Quinn are all defensive guys. So, I guess the question would be are they actually better than Wilks? I understand the yo-yo reaction to hiring an experienced guy. I get that and don't disagree.
-
Too hard of a question to answer. We don't know who Wilks is close to nor do we know if Reich wants a role like that(or with us).
-
I don't think anyone should be a McAdoo fan. We simply have to improve that position, whether Wilks is the guy or not.

Yeah and supposedly Tepper was the driving force between Wilks hire in the first place. IF that is true, I suspect he might be pretty close to being the chosen guy anyway.

Mack Brown?

Who is the coach?

These can't be accurate. I was assured by Huddle experts that Ekwonu singlehandedly lost us the game.

That is fuging hilarious.

I am amazed that you extended a HC and a QB who very clearly cannot get along. So, as opposed to making a choice about who to keep, you just opted to continue this thing that doesn't work. That's pretty special.

Depends on the person, the turnaround time is usually more quick now but it is still depends on Kyler(healing ability/rate, rehab, confidence after injury, etc).
-
I guess you haven't seen the QB and RB Fatheads with hooks through them they have been putting in his boat.

He has to figure out what he wants. I will say that if he jumps into coaching with us, it will be am extremely clear indicator that he left because of Matt Rhule.

Hackett is very clearly the worst HC in the NFL. There really isn't a #2 that is close. The guy had to hire help within the first few weeks of the season to help with TO's and clock management. The he had to give up playcalling part of the way through the season, as well. It is painfully obvious he is not at all prepared to be an NFL head coach. Kingsbury and McDaniels may just generally suck but Hackett actually has no business being a HC at all. He is making that very clear.
-
He was not universally loved as he tended to be rather abrasive but he was a very talented head coach and offensive scheme guy.
-
I will not be rational about this.

If Wilks can get Luke on staff, Wilks is my dude. As nuts as Luke was as a player, his OCD level film prep will be excellent as a HC.
