I am as big of a Darnold critic as they come but if you limit him and leave him in situations where he is more likely to succeed this is the result. McAdoo is a wild idiot but he does deserve credit for working better with Darnold than probably any OC in his career. Now, all that said.......Darnold has no future with a successful Carolina Panthers franchise.

I think the quoted stats are less than 50 cases of this a year on average of that commotio cortis happening.

There is no real reason for Howell not to get a start. It is a little sad that Taylor had to be the one to point it out. Ron is such a good guy but he can be pretty fuging dense about some pretty obvious things.

It was. He specifically sought a way to be respectful. He was demonized largely by complete idiots who absolutely understood nothing about what he was doing. The NFL got scared that it would alienate the fanbases, which in hindsight was absolutely not the case at all. People who stopped watching or claimed to, largely were never dedicated fans or in a lot of cases literally did not watch NFL in the first place.

That is one of the things I miss about Joe Brady. He was much better at scheming open receivers than McAdoo. It would be nice to see a modern NFL offense here again.

It's probably a better plan than what we will actually end up doing. I care about winning, not the organization putting up with a weird egomaniac. We have had plenty of nice guy coaches that subjected the fans to plenty of frustration and angst. Let the organization deal with some frustation and angst so we can enjoy some winning.

This did make me laugh pretty hard. It's just standard college fan stuff. I care very little about college once they become professionals.
