  1. I am sure we will get at least a few. You know that there are always a few true believers.
  2. Honestly, in a 17 game schedule, not a ton. That could be the difference between a couple of key injuries or just bad luck. I would be fine with anything in that range depending on the circumstances and how we look/play.
  3. I think that's pretty spot on. I would say 7-10 wins are about the band I would expect to see us be. Anything less or more would be a surprised. It is a lot of turnover on the roster and obviously with the staff. I would say we probably shouldn't be expecting Superb Owl's in Year One.
  4. TBH, I don't see much from Hubbard that makes me think he is anything more than a 3rd string or PS level player. Brady C looks like he could end up being a very good backup utility OL, so that is nice. Horn is clearly an elite talent but availability is an ability. I really hope he can stay healthy for long periods of time. Even before those Rhule drafts, Hurney was stinking it up in his return. It's just so incredibly tough to build a good franchise when you whiff that much in multiple drafts. Literally everything you do personnel wise becomes harder and more expensive.
  5. I mean, would you rather he suck hard and have to put up with a season or two of him being shitty? IDC where he played once he retires and starts calling games unless he is a homer queef that simps for his old team on broadcasts. But, that would also fall under him just generally sucking.
  6. That's gonna be interesting to see. He seems a little wooden. Hopefully he ends up being a surprise like Romo was. The last thing anyone needs is another grating ex-NFL color commentator.
  7. Yeah, I am skeptical just because that general time period seems so ripe with poor personnel decisions. Maybe not as skeptical as "scarred." The truth is we really need some of these young guys to pan out. It really, really, REALLY hurts our future if a lot of them don't.
  8. I don't have much in the way of expectations for either. But, the path to PT should be easier for both of them. If they don't make a leap forward or just a general impact, I think we probably end up moving on next offseason.
  9. Because he did a good job mentoring Fields and he isn't here to be a starter, dumbass.
  10. I definitely hope so. Some of these recent past 5 year drafts are starting to look REALLY bad. That’s very tough on a franchise.
  11. Yep, it's really now or never. New staff, new QB and a fairly wide open competition.
  12. Dude, that circlejerk coverage was fuging nauseating.
  13. Once Svech went down, I thought we were sunk. Then Teravainen went down and I thought we were sunk. This team keeps rallying and fighting through the adversity. If we win it all, this may be the best team we have ever had, based on that quality alone.
  14. TMJ is just about whether his practice abilities will ever translate to the field. Even though he was in a terrible offense last season, he very rarely ever distinguished himself on the field. We just need to see him do well when the bullets are live. That is what has been lacking.
  15. Well he had a very rich history of choking for most of his career.
  16. We did sweep them during the year. They definitely seem to have taken a step up, though. Would rather face Toronto.
  17. Yeah, that is the most physical team left in the playoffs.
  18. Hence why I want to see them go at least 6. Plus they do have a +1 Staal advantage. Oettinger isn’t human enough. I don't want to face the best goalie in the NHL in the Finals.
  19. I am very concerned about Florida, so I want to see them get dragged deep by Toronto. After that it's basically Oettinger that I am scared of. TBH, this path looks very doable. I can't believe I am saying it but it really does.
  20. Still probably better than Greg Little. You know the saddest part, Daley was the second best player we took in that draft. Let that sink in.
  21. Well, I think the obvious issue is that he isn't very good at football itself. But, hopefully he is a guy that isn't going to be seeing the field much.
  22. If you are miserable after getting rid of Matt Rhule, Sam Darnold and then drafting a QB #1 overall.....you were surely a Matt Rhule fanboy. No other explanation for it. So he was at his happiest during the worst period in franchise history. Which, probably means he might not actually be a Panthers fan at all.
