  1. I was thinking the same. Wallace is still pretty raw.
  2. I don't think Jones and Wonnum are gonna exactly be stiff competition. If he can't beat those guys, he isn't likely to be ready to play.
  3. I mean, fug the catch radius, he actually has high caliber hands and has been consistently productive in his career. For those reasons alone, I have no idea why this is even a real argument. Certainly XL could really improve or Tmac be a bust but I think those are unlikely things to BOTH happen.
  4. fug the Craps. Let's send them streaming for the exits early in Washington.
  5. Yeah, this is a completely goofy argument. XL was basically a 2nd rounder for a reason.
  6. Actually the biggest criticism of Burns was usually that he generated lots of pressures(top 10 more than once) but he was rarely able to finish.
  7. I agree. I think Umanmielen will end up being the better pass rusher.
  8. Seeing him in the limited time that I have. I am just not convinced he is going to develop the way we want him to. To be fair, I didn't view him as a high caliber prospect in the first place. I am fine being wrong about it, all the better for us. I do think the selection of Tmac at 8 says quite a bit about how they view him too.
  9. Yeah, I was just not a fan of the value there. I think he will be a better version of YGM.
  10. https://www.espn.com/nfl/draft2025/story/_/id/45025476/2025-nfl-draft-ranking-rookie-year-impact-mid-late-rounders Full disclosure, was not at all a fan of this pick in the 2nd BECAUSE I generally view him as being very limited in his pass rush ability. That said, he does have the makeup to be very capable of replacing Clowney, long term.
  11. I mean, Legette is tracking as more of a #4/5 WR than a #1 WR at the moment.
  12. Supposedly he plans on staying in college for all 4 years.
  13. To be fair, he was basically the only non-PS level player on our roster at DE/EDGE for the majority of the season.
  14. Correct. Or we may not carry 3 RB's. Blackshear at least has ST experience. Not sure where Etienne fits in with that aspect.
  15. IDK, the money was not crazy. Perhaps we are just overvaluing him quite a bit.
  16. At least. Depends on patience of owner. If we decide to rip it all apart again, all bets are off.
  17. If I am being honest, the fact that he was also shown the door by the Redskins after one season is interesting. But, perhaps that was just the Raiders outbidding them.
  18. Eh, TBH, I would rather have had T-Mac than Walker, regardless. I was not one that was that high on Walker.
  19. He hasn't played a snap for the Raiders yet. Those are stats from the Redskins.
  20. Basically a reflection of Evero's general inflexibility about square pegs in his defense.
  21. https://catcrave.com/insider-drops-bombshell-panthers-decision-snub-jalon-walker I remember this being discussed by several here in the pre-draft run up. Evero had no use for Chinn, so how did Walker truly make any sense?
  22. Yeah, compared solely to the 2024 Panthers, it does look definitively improved.
  23. I am gonna go out on a limb and say don't be shocked if Etienne doesn't make the final roster and ends up on the PS.
  24. Those WR, TE and D-Line takes are, diplomatically, WILDLY optimistic. I certainly hope that is the case but I think you flip through 10-15 teams 2 deep charts that is going to look less probable. I definitely hope you are right, I just don't look at those rosters and see anything close to that.
  25. https://www.rent-a-plane.com/aircraft/slsa-certified-light-sport-aircraft-rainbow-cheeta-i-e-bushcat-bush-airplane-at-ktta Phhht...that was simple!
