If I Had to Call the WR Depth Chart Today...
sharkkiller replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
Jennings is not on the roster yet, so you cannot really include him. Hill will have a chance in training camp, but unless he has improved drastically this off season, I do not see him making the team. KB Rookie Cotchery Ginn Brown If we keep 6 it will be who ever wins the battle in training camp. It could be Bersin or a rookie. -
I think it depends on if you have his replacement on the roster already. If Ealy develops as hoped, and we get another star in the draft then you let him walk. If not, then you bite the bullet and find a deal that is acceptable to both sides. But you do not cut him this year to save cap space that you do not need.

Not understanding all the CJ hate in this thread. He played well last year, 8 sacks is not up to his past standards, but given that he was constantly doubled at the start of the season since Hardy was gone, it is not a bad total. He is 28 years old, and is not "old". Is he making a buttload of money this year? Yes. Does he have a high cap number? Yes. Should they entend him? Questionable at this point. I personall think it would be better to eat the cap hit this year, and extend him next year. Unless they find that the extra money is needed to sign a FA. We have enough cap space to sign another FA or two, and have enough for our draft picks. No need to mortgage any future cap sapce with extending him right now. Remember that we still need to spend more of our cap space to meet the minimum requirements, and we do not have as much dead money eating up that space this year. But the point remains, anyone who is talking about cutting CJ is out of touch with reality and are getting too caught up with his cap number. Remember that the cap number is high because we needed the space earlier in his contract so it was back loaded. They are in reality paying for his production at the start of his contract when the cap numbers were lower. Restructures were what got us in the cap hell we are just getting out of.

The Great Pie Debate - Offseason 2015 Edition
sharkkiller replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
The amount of crust depends on the type of pie. It also depends on the manner it is being consumed. If you are eating it with a fork and putting it on a plate, less crust is acceptable. If you are shoveling it by hand directly into your pie-hole, then a thicker crust is needed. Apple pie that had the crust on top can get away with a thinner crust overall. Pecan pie needs a bit thicker crust, as it is can bet soggy quicker if it is too thin. If you are eating one of Jeremy's hated "pudding pies" i.e. chocolate, key lime, etc...then you need a good crust to offset the puddingness of the pie. That is all I have to say about it....except that if you have a cream pie with a crust, it is probably time to bathe. -
Yeah, you need to go to the doctor, letting it heal without surgery or at least doctor's consultation can cause it to not heal properly and cause problems later on. I tore my rotator cuff and did not go to the doctor, and in fact continued to play in pool tournaments throughout the healing process, and now I am regretting that decision 6 years later. Don't be a tough guy, get it looked at and follow your doctor's advice. If it takes 8 weeks, then let it take 8 weeks. The achilles is not something you want to be having problems with later in life, if you plan on walking around pain free later in life.

I don't get it. Am I missing something?

Cobb will likely not be a Panther, although it would be great if he was. Patterson would have to be a trade, and why trade a draft pick you could use to pick someone who would contribute more than who you are trading for?

Cam Newton should be paid more than Luck or Wilson

I would say Sub forum for Combine, with stickied threads by position. And all combine information should be opened in there, or moved there if opened in the wrong place.

Play action bootleg with TE pass option would be a better call if you didn't want to run it.

Here is the gif of sherman:

I enjoyed that game much more than I thought I would. Since I had no horse in the race, I was just hoping for a competetive game, and damn sure got that. It was very entertaining.

Give it to the kid who got the INT to seal the win. Why not?
-
So who should be MVP?
-
So if someone is ejected, would they be suspended for the first game of the next season? I guess we will find out since #51 was ejected.

SHould have run the annexation of Peurto Rico.

Well there you go.

Holy poo he caught that.
-
If Matthews catches the game winning TD, he better win MVP.

Ok you got me, I dislike facts that are cherry picked to support a one sided point of view. I could do that as well, but I think that I will instead choose to just let you do that and try to prove your point, that no one really cares about any way. There you win an arguement on the internet. Yay you. Give yourself a cookie or something.
