  5. definitely not skipping leg days. core helps a lot with vert as well.
  6. i'm hoping i'll be able to dunk in a month or two. i could wrap my fingers around the top of the rim before i started working out but i haven't really tried again.
  7. well to be honest with you it's not an exact routine. i'm pretty new to lifting (this is my first time starting about a month ago). i was pretty thin so thats probably why i've gained weight so rapidly, people call it newb gains. my appetite exploded when i started working out as well. it's strange, i haven't really gotten much bigger visibly, i can notice a slight size increase and more definition. i still look pretty thin so i'm thinking ~175 will be ideal. i try to get a minimum of 8 reps per set for everything i do, with 12 reps being ideal. 3-5 sets depending on how sore i am from previous days. i do abs every day. i think it's pretty standard, though. unfortunately i'm still not completely familiar with all the names of all the machines and lifts but i'll try and take note next time i go lol.
  8. started lifting about a month ago and I'm up to ~160 from ~147. I'm 6'1 packin on Dem pounds
