  1. Bears are interesting, a team you would think, would have major interest in a quarterback, but aren't ever mentioned in trading up.
  2. Trade down, and still not take Slater, I mean come on man.
  3. " Hi, I'm the reason random guys on the internet, think they can run an NFL franchise".
  4. What kind of red flags? Health or character?
  5. WFT is supposedly interested in Lance. Have to imagine Ron and Marty might call.
  6. Pitts has freaky talent, and could wear gold jacket one day. Would be pumped if he is the pick at eight.
  7. Geez, I run some errands and all heck breaks loose. Sounds strong, hope next year is conditional on those pics
  8. So no sticking at 8 and taking Pitts, or another offense weapon?
  9. 8 Kyle Pitts TE Florida CAR 39. Wyatt Davis OG Ohio State CAR 73. Dillon Radunz OT North Dakota State CAR 113. Kellen Mond QB Texas A&M CAR 151. Shaka Toney EDGE Penn State CAR 193. Tre Brown CB Oklahoma CAR 222. Cary Angeline TE North Carolina State CAR 226. Erroll Thompson LB Mississippi State
  10. Must be wary of team like Denver trading up over us, as well.
  11. Interestingly enough Jeremiah said something similar during BYU pro day coverage. Wasn't firm with it, but definitely hinted there was a chance.
  12. Lions sent brain trust to Lance pro day. They are very interested in a QB.
  13. From FMIA recent column CHRIS SIMMS. Never mind that Simms, the former Bucs quarterback and current NBC Sports NFL analyst, rated Justin Herbert ahead of Tua Tagovailoa last year, and had Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen his favorite QBs in the ’18 draft, and loved Patrick Mahomes in 2017. That didn’t buy him any trust when he came out with his 2021 draft ratings and had BYU quarterback Zach Wilson over overwhelming consensus number one Trevor Lawrence when he released his draft rankings last week. Twitter mostly saw Simms as the dolt who ranked Tom Brady number 15 in his 2020 QB rankings. And mostly, Simms didn’t care. “It’s lather, rinse, repeat,” Simms said Saturday. “I don’t care. Every year when I look at quarterbacks, I don’t go in with preconceived notions. The film teaches me. I learned from my dad [former Giants QB Phil Simms] and from some smart offensive coaches, Jon Gruden and Josh McDaniels. I trust myself. Last year, I had Herbert ahead of Tua, and it’s ‘What an idiot. What does he know?’ When I had Lamar and Josh Allen ahead of Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield, it was, ‘You only have the job because of your father.’ So, hey, I just do what I think is right. And some smart people in the NFL
  14. Bottom line we need about 8 picks in the second round
  15. Would love any of those in the second, even trading up to mid 2nd round. I will be honest, I wouldn't be surprised to see Cravens as a first round pick. People didn't think Shaq or Devin were worthy of their spots, last year, if he is Gettleman's guy he's the pick
