  1. Just stick with a reasonable calorie deficit an you'll get it.
  2. My calf has been killing me all weekend. I might hold off on running for a week or two.
  3. What's wrong? If my doc told me to stay out of the gym for a few weeks, I'd find a new doc. Congrats
  4. I may have hit a plateau on my triceps, but wide grip pull ups are getting easier.
  5. And that's part the reason I'm glad I don't have a desk job.
  6. I still haven't gotten into pre's. There are days I struggle to get to the gym, but once I'm there, IT'S ON!
  7. Besides the aesthetics, there are a lot of benefits to a exercise and a good diet. You will feel and function better, you will be more energetic, and daily life will be easier.

  9. My wife's only concern was that I might get that "gross looking no neck thing".

  11. Ha that was my leg day. I was glad to do seated calf raises just to sit down.

  14. No I'm not, but since I got in shape I decided I should do something like that. I want to do the Bridge Run under 40 minutes
  15. I'm working on a long cut. I want to hit 8% body fat and run a 10k in under 40 minutes. I might switch regimens, but I have to find one I like first.
  16. Back at it after a week off. I do physically feel better, but after that workout, mentally I feel better. I missed the gym
