  1. There is no doubt that an unhealthy day will do stuff to your head.
  2. One bad day every once in a while won't kill you just like one day every once in a while of eating healthy and exercise won't make you better
  3. This place simultaneously scares and arouses me.
  4. I do 5 x 10 squats, 4 x 10 45 degree leg presses, 4 x 10 Romanian dead lifts, 3 x 10 seated calf raises, 3 x 15 standing calf raises, and then hit shoulders. I love leg day because it is fuging brutal and satisfying.
  5. I'm still sore from leg day. I almost face-planted as I got out of bed this morning.
  6. My gym's AC stops working about three times a year and the building owner is a dick about getting it fixed.
  7. I made it through leg day and no epic headaches! It might help that I wrote my final college paper last week.
  8. It has its benefits, but I suck at sleeping during the day unless I self medicate which isn't good sleep and leads to a plethora of other problems
  9. The neurologist said that my headaches are likely caused by stress, caffeine, and lack of good quality sleep.
  10. Well I haven't been to the gym since the migraine. I had another one after work last night so I went to the ER. The didn't find anything wrong with me so they are saying it might be cluster headaches and I have an appointment with a neurologist Tuesday. This blows.
  11. Not sure. It feels like a minor stress headache. Mobility doesn't cause pain except when I look up as far as I can and that's just mild discomfort.
  12. I did deadlifts last night and when I picked up the first one, I had an instant migraine and felt like puking. It wasn't anything too heavy, just rep weight. I pushed through and finished my workout. It took me about two hours to fall asleep and my head still hurts a little and the base of my skull.
  13. I can't have a workout partner, because I have a rotating schedule.
  14. I want to get LASIK, but I just can't get passed the idea of a laser pointed at my eye.

  17. I hit the stationary bike today. No pain, so I will do that for a week or so an see if I can ease myself back into it.
  18. I wish it was that simple. This is really pissing me off.
  19. I think I'm skipping the gym again this week. I think I pulled something in my calf. Walking hurts a good bit unless I keep a compression bandage on it.
