Why was this not known? Everyone thought Vrabel. Where are the ‘insiders’?

That’s pretty big news. One less destination for the other candidates. And one we thought Vrabel would go to.

Listened to WFNZ this morning…seems like the consensus is Head Coach will be hired first, which is the more modern approach, I guess. Seems like hierarchy was a huge issue this year, so not sure why we wouldn’t shoot for the GM first. Prolly because Tepper wants to have the say, like the selfish narcissist he is.

Not true with a new GM. If Scott would’ve traded for less than two 1sr’s, he’s an imbecile. Getting a first this year for a new GM is a win, because that old trade scenario is non-existent on his watch. Burns believes he deserves Elite DE money. Imagine franchising him for one year…he will be ‘scared’ to get hurt again. Time to tag and trade, as much as I loved watching him play.

Franchise and trade. Move on.

And if we go back to other threads, we will find some of the same people clamoring about how CMC can’t stay healthy…get what you can. Now that he’s in a legit offense, and on a team with a good medical staff (I truly think ours is the worst in the league)…he is what we knew he was. DJ was the sacrifice for a QB, which we all knew we can’t win games without. I’d much rather him go, then Derrick Brown. And just like Bryce is being labeled a bust, he’s shown that he has the skill. So, instead of starting over. Let’s hire competent people that can build this team, and field a legit offense around him.

I don’t know that’s it’s Bryce progressing, so much that it’s a more competent Offensive scheme that allows for open receivers and better protection. Which in turn allows Bryce to do what he’s be known to do.

It’s the HC’s job to dictate his staff, but Evero should be on the top of anyone’s list for DC. Two teams now he has created a force to be reckoned with.

Tomlin and Evero together would be nuts. Show me the money Tep.

Not understanding the mindset….we go from Marty and Rivera, to Marty hiring Rhule, to Rhule ‘hiring’ Scott, to Scott hiring Reich. Can we just start over? End the madness.

How about we change the whole coaching staff, and every player won’t regress. Bad scheme that doesn’t work in todays NFL. And our roster doesn’t support it anyway. Make a change. Start the search for MLS coach and NFL coach in the same year. Starting to see a common denominator.

He knew the gig was up and he needed to get paid while he could.

It will be nice to look back on all these comments when Bryce gets the help he needs around him. OLine and someone other than an aging Theilen.

I think even Tom Brady struggles in this offense. The play calling is atrocious. It honestly reminds me of the John Fox era. Run, run, pass, punt. It’s insanity. Todays NFL doesn’t work with such an antiquated approach.

We at least have the coaching staff to develop him. He’s going to become special. I really wish Cam had a similar staff to work with when he came out. We really would’ve been unstoppable.

Such a process to get here. So excited now that it’s finally here.
