I recall the media slurping up our dream team of a coaching staff last year. What happened to that 11 games later. A whole lot of dysfunction. I’ll hold my breath on their thoughts. If Tepper brings Tilis in here also, that will be debunked. At the end of the day, Tepper has always been willing to open up his wallet to get ‘quality’ staff. I just hope he gets it right this time.

I’d love to keep a count on all that gave up on Bryce. Get an Offensive scheme that fits him, along with some help around him, and you will see the Alabama kid you saw a year ago. Everyone…and I mean everyone…their main concern when we drafted him was his durability. He proved that in a year of getting slammed around like a rag doll. He will put on some muscle, get a competent coach, and he will come around.

Todays the day I think we find out more about the direction of our search. The coveted Ben Johnson will be interviewed and probably chained to a fence until he agrees to be our coach. If not, we will see who is getting the second interviews. If Johnson makes it to the WTF interview, I think he’s as good as gone.

The only advantage we have is that he’s from here, might have family here, and Tepper would most likely pay him the most to get him.

Agreed…I figured all the ‘rumors’ were bogus, given we haven’t even interviewed our (most likely) top candidate.

Hopefully since there is a team of folks hired for our coaching search, there aren’t any moles in the operation, and we are interviewing more than we think. But, you would think the hot (not physically) candidates would be spotted in the airport or around town. /shrugs/

That’s terrifying…the Falcons would be dominant with him and a QB. And given our coaching list so far, it’s apparent we aren’t interested in big/strong personalities. Can’t interfere with the narcissist.
