    Great game to be at...I was wondering about that second goal...looked like it went right into the glove lol. He saw it...caught it and it dribbled down. Pyotr was LIGHTS OUT last night. Place was buzzing too...good to send those Vegas fans packing.

    I know we do it often but I didn't like Staal against O'Reilly to open OT. Staal had been beat 4-5 times in a row by him. No speed on the ice either killed any chance of stopping the shot. Bad one to let through by Anti too. Just bad.

    I guess I didn't watch the Avs game...just from what I saw last night. Don't you think if he was that blurry with his vision the canes would have made that happen already? Seems like a fairly simple solution if that's truly the issue.

    PK actually looked good last night...defense helped him ZERO. 2 on deflections right in front of net and a 1 timer from 15ft....idk many goalies that will stop that shot.

    Rod's teams seem to build chemistry a little slow to start the season. I have no doubt we'll get on track soon...forecheck will start doing what it does, D will reduce chances etc. Let's go Canes!

    If you look at his whole body of work since 2018 he's usually around 45-50 games played and around a point per game. This past year was a career year...huge risk with him is his health. IF he stays healthy....I like the trade LOL!

    Why would Toronto want to trade Nylander? Who would we send back the other way? Pesce?

    As much as I like to pick on Pecse, he's not a bad player. Little slow at times and seems to get lazy getting back sometimes. That said I doubt you find someone to match his contribution but I also wouldn't mind more speed! Also, can't spend Aho's money on Brett.

    Hope Brett and Brady decide to play a little faster tonight. Show some hustle/heart!!! Play with speed, be active in the neutral zone...don't let the puck come to you. GO GET IT! LETS GO CANES!

    Pooly while his scoring hasn't been there he does have potential. I think he's been playing ok but to be on a line with Stepan/Stas isn't going to give anyone much for scoring opportunities. I think we need more speed on the wing opposite of pooly.
