Sure was. Good call.

For a 3 win team fan base you guys sure are confident about a win tomorrow.
I'm less confident, I expect the Cowboys to establish the run on offense and keep our D off balance with play action. Mike Zimmer is gonna throw a curveball and NOT blitz but instead rush 4 exclusively and play cover 2 forcing Bryce into checkdowns.
Cowboys 20
Panthers 14
So your thought is that suddenly the Cowboys coaching staff morphs into competency presumably with intel from aliens?
Panthers 34
Cowboys 13

That was our best shot and we were so close to pulling it off. Losing Brooks surely derailed our plans some, especially since he would've kept Chuba fresher and been another outlet in the passing game.
No way it was close without your advice to Coach.

Can't tell if you're serious....
Decidedly not serious. Frazier might be the most popular non- Panther next to CJ Stroud. Alas, the allure of the latter is waning.

Remember when we took an injured RB over C Zach Frazier in the draft?
This is a hot take. Never seen it mentioned before.

If it's the same injury as last year that happened around the same time he will not play again until November 2025.
Fair point but hope that's not the case. If so, probably sit him until 26.

You could clearly see it on the replay and I knew his season was over. It popped with no contact at all. I felt sick to my stomach.
We saw some flashes but yeah, he's done for a long time. Hope he's back for camp.

Who was the receiver we had that used to body catch almost exclusively if he wasnt dropping the ball his first season... was it Samuel? And he ended up buying a Juggs machine in the offseason. Iirc, by the time his contract was up here he ended up being one the most clutch receivers, if not the top, on 3rd downs.
XL needs work but I've seen enough of his strong catches in college to be optimistic for potential.
XL wasn't a body catcher in college. He may be making an adjustment due to the wrist injury. If he's out there he needs to catch the damn ball, but we shouldn't be anywhere near giving up on him.
-
His college tape is a dude high pointing balls with 2 hands extension. Haven't seen a lot of that in the NFL yet, but we should learn not to give up on guys too early.

The hater label has become so overused it has no meaning here in reference to Bryce Young anymore.
This isn't a Cam situation where he entered the league balling out and people begrudgingly cheered and still lowkey loathed him.
He's had to earn his gig back after playing horrendously. Now he's looking like a serviceable starter. That's where we're at.
I assume you don't think Hurts isn't a serviceable starter? Because we get blown out if Bryce is on the Eagles.

That pass to Moore had beautiful touch….
I saw the route develop and when Bryce released I said, he's got him. I mean, I was sure. Been a long time since I've felt that way with a Panther QB

Is it the “sports” aspect that bothers you? Would you rather he invest it in an healthcare company with low morals? Are are you just upset at the fact he has 3.5 million and you don’t? Just trying to figure out what you’re really upset at?
God please don’t tell me that it’s because he bet it against your favorite team.
Dude stop. No sports bets are "investments."

Whomever placed the bet is probably super wealthy, and looks at it like you and I might look at a $50 bet.
As a degen myself I'd guess this dude is liquid 10-15 mil. A loss would hurt but they'd be far from broke.

I hate to say that I was right about Young, because I wasn't. I stayed loyal through the offseason, but after the second game, I wanted him released or traded for a conditional seventh rounder. If this continues, I will admit that I have no ability to gauge a QBs expectations in the NFL. None.
I, too, clearly have no business in a front office. Couldn't be happier to be (more and more likely) wrong.

If Dan Morgan is stupid enough to believe that he deserves to get fired next season.
However, we really should go best player either way since we lack so much talent.
Dan will be our GM for a long time. Every move hasn't been perfect but he started with very little and has the team on the path of relevance in 1 or 2 more seasons.

Will we be able to shut down Evans? If so, we might get a win. That is really what it comes down to.
I suspect Horn will have better luck than CJ "eh I give up" Henderson.

I remember last Thanksgiving we were at least 3 weeks past having anything to root for with the Panthers. Now we're on the rise and I'm looking forward to watching the boys Sunday. Grateful for that.

Better than 50/50 Dan said to take it. Pure speculation of course.

With the game on the line over two drives, Bruce threw it away on a must make third down, threw a couple bailout DPIs, and completed clutch handoffs.

The other draft picks have turned out pretty well. Brooks will too.

Says a lot about our coaching staff too. They got the dude to play at least.
