Two kinds of football players. Those who have been injured, and those that are going to be injured.

This would be close to unprecedented so not sure there are odds to reference. Just saying, let's give it a couple of years and make a judgment.

The battle of the bastards looked bad too. Let's fight this out and see.

Ok. It moved.

OP must be out of the loop. The huddle's membership consists almost exclusively of current and former pro personnel directors and college scouts.

This is objectively good news. Yet, 75% whining. When we win a superbowl, most of you will be complaining about our guys wasting time in a parade instead of watching tape or hitting the gym.

Chris Simms “no way the panthers draft Lance at 8”
ClawOn replied to GoobyPls's topic in Carolina Panthers
ITT: lots of dudes highly confident they know more than Chris Simms. -

Should have married that one. -
Dolphins have received many calls for pick number 3
ClawOn replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Correct. Also, each game counts the same: we lost to the Drew Lock led Broncos at home as well as the corpse of the Falcons at home. Those were elite losses. Get over it. -
Every thread this is brought up I'm going to remind everyone that we lost to the F'n Broncos at home, with Drew Lock throwing 4 TDs. That was an excellent loss. Why is no credit given there? How about losing to the corpse of the Atlanta Falcons, also at home?

The start of a dynasty. Ok, I'm an optimistic guy.

You guys realize that odds are that 2 out of Fields, Wilson and Lance will have a range of outcomes between bad and just ok? You don't take a guy because he's what's left. Go up and get your guy or wait until next year. Be Kansas City.

I'd like to draft higher too, but Washington was so bad that day we would have had to overtly and intentionally thrown the game. What do you people want? "Hey Mike, 4 fumbles today." "Defense, we're not trying today. No open field tackles." Move on.

Kansas City drafted Kelce 63rd overall. Traded up to get Mahomes at 10th. That's how winning is done. Let's see what Fitterer has. No people, you don't draft a TE in the 1st.

A legit 10 year window to win a superbowl. My god. Wouldn't that be something.

Reimer getting the start in net tonight

@CanesFanStan early impressions of this team vs last season? -
Which report was that? I'd be encouraged to see the 75% number. In general I'd recommend against the name calling. Makes it seem like you don't have any actual facts to support your argument.

But, but the LIBS! Clearly this is not a public health matter, it's all about politics. Don't you see? Come on man!

How many true, lifelong Panthers fans are actually out there?
ClawOn replied to SIGCHI222's topic in Carolina Panthers
Checking in as a lifetime fan. I don't begrudge others for being different but I'm fiercely loyal to my home state. I was 18 in 95 and didn't even watch football until then. I just innately couldn't care about a team in Atlanta or DC. -
Thanks to Jarrod for pointing out the hypocrisy related to the Panthers steroid use. If we won that game, no one, myself included, would care. The NFL wants a draft pick? Sure, here you go. If the Patriots are found to have knowingly cheated, the consequence is a fine or other penalties. Those are the rules. Stripping them of the victory is ridiculous.

It's not difficult; correction, it's remarkably easy, to avoid getting arrested for anything. Getting arrested for domestic violence generally takes a special effort at being a complete idiot.
