Not what we're talking about here. Compare that to the 49ers giving up 2 firsts and a third to get Lance at 3. You think any of these guys merit that kind of capital?

I'm all for taking a 1st round QB but I think there's a lesson in some of the big moves that have failed: Trubisky and Lance for example. Let's see who's left at 9 rather than trade a bunch of 1s and 2s. It can happen: Allen at 7, Mahomes at 10, Lamar at 32. Winning teams that waited.
