  1. my abs are destroyed right now from doing knee lifts. i went from being able to bench 126 lbs 30 times to only being able to bench it 15. more of an endurance than strength issue i feel. i'm gonna see if i can go 30 days straight working out without taking a rest day.

  5. i'm afraid to weigh myself. last time i checked i shot up from 183 to 205.

  8. some days i have juice before i workout. or a banana, or apple, or cup of nonfat greek yogurt...i keep it simple and small.

  12. i've been doing 20/10 intervals on the weighted speed rope when i can motivate

  14. i have that shitty home gym so all they have to do is show up 5 days a week when i'm home
  15. my workout partner moved away and none of the others panned out. i think i need that competitive edge to keep it going. i went from 185 to 205 in 6 months and i'm still in better shape than i have been in the past 10 years.
  16. on an unrelated note, i wish i'd been brave enough to eat sushi when i was working out
  17. i haven't touched my weights in months and i'd still set off the lunk alarm and intimidate people just by being in there
