i missed this: 6MB L3 Cache 3.1GHz Turbo frequency it has a turbo mode that can get up to 3.1ghz. seems like it should do the job, but you may be able to get a refurb version cheaper + 1 yr warranty

did some research on the gt 540m video card. it :should: be able to play what you need it to, and if it doesn't, you can RMA it for a refund. you'll have to pay shipping back though I think, which can be reduced in price by dropping it off at ups

you could take a shot on recertified or open box. just stick with asus and get a 1 yr warranty and u should be ok.
