  2. i'm working on reverse pyramids now. couple very light warmup circuits, followed by 80% of my max x6, then 70% of my max x8, then 60% of my max x10 my cardio i'm lacking on because my body is still a soft glob, but the circuit training is helping with that

  5. there are certain things you can do to lower the impact of skipping rope, like cross trainers, skipping on mats, short grass, or floors with some flex. 10 minutes skipping rope = 30 minutes jogging also i have a canoe

  9. I do avoid jarring excercises for that reason. My prefered aerobic is rollerblading. But I need something for my off days that I can do in a 10x10 space.
  10. Yeah, I'm only going to do a one month creatine cycle and be done with it, just to help me get back into the swing of things. I have a buddy that swears by NO2 Red and one of the black powders.
  11. i think i'm gonna take up 20 minute jump rope sessions with some kettlebell excercises on my off days
  12. I'm going to do a creatine cycle my 2nd month and probably get a good black powder supplement for preworkout. any suggestions?
  13. i'm probably gonna settle into 3 heavies a week and just do everything probably get some kettlebells instead of barbells
  14. my problem has always been wanting to work out too much. days off kill me sometimes.

  16. i'm easing back into it. couple of muscles are achy, but i'm going to stick to aerobic style lifting until i toughen up so i don't have to walk around like a bag of smushed meat. i know, no pain no gain. i'll be living by that principle soon enough.

  20. you didn't know orson scott card is an anti-homosexual bigot? kinda pissed me off, and in hindsight, some of the things that happen in the novel are creepy. its not the undertones that bother me, its the undertones coming from a bigot that are creepy. gay people don't bother me. straight people that don't know they're gay fug my poo right up.
  21. The way Ender's Game ended was so drawn out and anti-climactic that I was really disinterested in reading beyond it. But the rest of the book is great fun despite its latent homosexual undertones.
