  1. i'm skipping rope 6 days a week with hill sprints for my legs and a little rollerblading thrown in when i can fun, easy poo.

  5. i just need to rollerblade more and i'll be ok. my calves are pretty awesome right now.
  6. yeah i like having a "competitive" workout. it can really drag you through the slow days and push you farther on your good ones still, if you could just squeeze in 10 minutes a day of some form of interval training, you'd be surprised at the results, especially if it compliments your strength routine myself, i just don't like working legs, that's why i do the rope and hill sprints
  7. you're only 3 years older than me incorporate some form of interval training as a warmup, and then crank up the intensity week by week.
  8. i'm only skipping about 10-15 minutes a day with rollerblading session once a week of course, throw in my strength training and it balloons to 45 mins to an hour and a half, depending on whether i piddle around or get it done also i'm 37 years old and a smoker
  9. i dropped 10ish pounds the first two months, then didn't budge through march. i'm already down another 4 pounds over the last 2 weeks. started working up to my current routine 3 weeks ago. my goal was a 6 pack in 4 weeks. i'm getting pretty close.

  15. yeah i'm really out of the loop when it comes to ingredients. i know it can jack your GH up 350%. or so the label claims. its a canadian company that makes it, so they are more heavily regulated. you will never be sore when you're taking it. i really wanna get some more in a month and mix it with the white flood. also with the muscleprime my recovery during my workout was amazing. i felt like i could lift forever for the first half of my workout, but after that i just wanted to go to sleep.
  16. i dunno. muscleprime does it. i liked muscleprime, even though it doesn't give the energy other preworkouts do, i was never sore the next day no matter how hard i worked. now that i've gone off the muscleprime i'm sore every damn day

  18. I really liked White Flood for a preworkout. But I only had a sample so I don't know how it holds up.

My routine today: 50 skips on speed rope, full speed; 40 curls; 30 seconds rest; x5 2 supersets of forearm, tricep, bicep curls 50 skips on speed rope, full speed; 40 bicycle crunches; 30 seconds rest, x5 3 supersets of ab pulldowns, 1 minute planking monday was heavy chest and shoulders, yesterday was aerobic chest and shoulders, following the same formula.

  21. by her "little brother". cersei was birthed first, then jaime. i did some research on it a few years ago, and it was just the "least obvious" theory and i thought it was pretty sound. i think his golden hand even came into the theory somehow
