don't forget that thoes trees with eyes have a lot to do with bran...definitely not void of power in the world. an old power that's returning. i think that bran may actually be the Great Other's champion...the way azor ahai (i can never spell that right so fug it) is the light's champion... which could lead to the epic jon snow has to kill bran stark moment

i'm lucky. i get bored easily and have to change my routine. won't start strength training again until july 1stish i take that back. i will be flipping that heavy fuging tire.

my neighbor is moving and gave me his big ass tractor tire. i just need to put handles on it and maybe i can deadlift. not sure what it weighs, but i have to cheat to flip it after the 3rd flip. i'm gonna guess 250+

just keep doing sets to exhaustion. 6 reps x 4 every other day or twice a week depending on your workout. you'll see improvement fast i'm having trouble with pullups now, can only do 4-6. you can also do military press, arm raises, pushups to work that muscle group too. i do pullups, arm raises, pull downs, military press and standing row to work those muscles. right now pullups @ 180lbs is killing me the most.

nope. focus on the close section of the train for a few seconds. its actually mashed together, if you focus in the middle you can see how they did it but its a little weird
