imo weight loss should never even be on the table, simply because if you meet all your other goals it will fall in line; consistency, hard work, and improvement are good goals to have. if you're not getting better, you're getting worse. i like to watch my weight fluctuate though, because ultimately i don't care what those numbers are as long as i'm healthy and working hard to be better
